The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a bar area. There is also a separate WC on this level. The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, one with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a TV (flat screen), and the other with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), both with access to a balcony. There is also a shower room, a separate WC, and double hand-basins on this level.
