Super friendly staff. Clean room. Great location.

We did like that they offered free self parking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bilingual which was helpful as well. It was great walking distance to the Old Montreal/Old Port. However the free self parking was a bit of a walk away from the hotel itself and it’s underground. Also, the bathroom has an all tile shower floor which is not safe. It poses a risk to slip and fall in the shower and a mat is not available when you step out. Other than that, our safe was pleasant.

Convenient and easily walkable location that worked well for our sightseeing and dining plans. Well appointed urban-feeling apartment. The unit was stocked appropriately, spacious as we needed, and clean. So, the important boxes were checked. The reception desk was friendly at every encounter and accommodating. I would return. The constructive criticism: We were forewarned about potential noise from some rooms, particularly street noise if we had a street-facing room. I was OK taking that risk. However, we had a 5th floor interior room with an outdoor view of other rooms and ground floor structures/equipment. So, I thought we’d be lucky in that regard but there was quite a bit of noise coming from that equipment. With the windows closed, not a big problem and earplugs and white noise machines were provided in-unit. But! With no central air, our bedroom was warmer than the rest of the apartment and we opted to crack open the windows during sleep, which felt lovely but the noise was less tolerable. I chose to drown it out with my own sleep meditation app. It wasn’t a big deal for us as much as the position of our room to the hallway and hearing running and footsteps early in the morning. So, if you are a light sleeper, I would call in advance to discuss room alternatives. I didn’t take the time to do that. Also, If reserving a 2BR, ask if both BRs have doors-surprisingly one of ours did not. We were family but if privacy is needed in both rooms this could be disappointing.
