Great location. Staff was polite and efficient. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom. Comfy bathrobe. Nespresso machine was great as well. However, the A/C kept on going on and off during the night to adjust the room temperature and was quite noisy. Also, late arrival of some guests (around 2 am), which could be heard from my room. Hallway and some bedroom walls could use some attention -- they looked a bit banged up.

Save your money and avoid this place. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Canada and internationally. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I chose this place for the kitchen, laundry, and amenities specifically because I was working remotely in Montreal. But the listing and photos were incredibly misleading. The apartment was filthy upon arrival: dust everywhere, dirty vents with debris, sticky coffee table, pink mould in the shower, stained walls, dirty towels/linens, broken soap dispenser, a broken bedroom blind, a filthy terrace covered in dust and cobwebs, and a bunch of flies. The wifi was also unreliable, causing repeated interruptions while I worked. I reported everything immediately and only received real assistance on the 7th day of my stay despite following up daily. Each time I was promised someone would come, but nothing happened. On Day 7, a maintenance worker told me no requests had ever been submitted. Not surprising given the poor customer service and lack of responsiveness from the front desk staff. On top of everything, the sauna smelled like a wet dog, the outdoor furniture and common areas were dirty, the cleaning staff rarely appeared to do any cleaning, and you had to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes for an elevator. The listing also says parking options are provided but just know you're completely on your own. No tips, no discounts, nothing from the hotel. Trust me, this is not a 4-star hotel. You will be disappointed.
