Unique, romantic and completely private

Warm air and a soft breeze. Relaxing shade from wonderful green trees. All around nothing but nature. A glass of cold delicious Istrian wine. Villa Vita is a truly unique holiday home, a small air-conditioned wooden house, with one bedroom, and a huge spacious garden with a pool, comfy outside sofa, barbecue with a dining table and a hammock.
It is located on the eastern shore of Istria, near the town of Labin, only 4 kilometers from the nearest beach. The house is set among the trees in a fenced property of 3000 sqm, providing complete privacy.
The house has one bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The property offers an abundance of activities for children, making it a fun-filled paradise. Alongside an enticing pool and two outdoor showers, it also boasts a trampoline, basketball hoop, and a versatile field for volleyball or badminton games. Additional amenities include a table tennis setup, climbing frame, and a swing.
