Ground floor:
Designed to offer comfort and privacy to everyone, the villa is spread over two levels with perfectly arranged spaces.
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin).
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190), communicating with a living room equipped with a double sofa-bed and a television, which can accommodate 2 additional people (access via the bedroom).
- A shower room with shower and washbasin

First floor:
A magnificent, light-filled living area opens onto the terrace and is divided into two separate wings:

A first wing on the right with :
- A comfortable lounge with sofa and television and air conditioning
- A large, convivial dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and high chairs.

A second wing to the left with :
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin
- A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its own shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

At the heart of the villa, a superb terrace harmoniously links the two wings. A real living space, it features an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table, perfect for sharing meals al fresco.

Outside:
You'll enjoy a heated, saltwater swimming pool, ideal for relaxing, surrounded by deckchairs inviting you to laze around in a calm, privileged setting.

Villa Mindoya is located in a quiet, residential area of Labenne, not far from the beaches and the centre.
