"Curtains were dirty. Did not like that we had to make our beds on arriving and strip beds on departure. Lift was not working and we were not advised before arrival. Not great if you have mobility issues "

Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude. "

"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"Had a fantastic 10 days with the family. Our host was very welcoming. Spacious and functional house, inside and out, perfect to accommodate all 13 of us with plenty of communal areas. Ideally designed so that each of our 4 family units had their own bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. One small draw back, hot water ran out for the 6 people in the main house, despite very quick showers, but it didn't spoil the holiday. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. "When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. We were welcomed by friendly reception staff and if we had any issues (the safe battery ran out!) it was dealt with quickly and without fuss. We didn’t take the breakfast option so can’t comment there but the coffee smelled amazing each morning! The hotel is a little outside of the centre but that is reached easily with a 5 minute walk along the coastal path. There is a plethora or restaurants within east reach. We look forward to staying again! "
