レジデンスにスキーで6泊したが、レジデンスそのものは非常に快適であった。スキーバスの古い時刻表を提示されたのにはまいったが、その他レジデンスからもらった情報は簡素的確であった。事前に間取りなどの情報が入ると更に良い。ホテルズドットコムの事前の対応があまりよくない、旅行者心理を理解していない。直接ホテルとやり取りしたほうが正確だ。

Hotel loué pour 2 nuits ....210 euros la nuit. Arrivés à 17h , la chambre n 'est pas prête , on me demande de revenir dans 10 minutes .... 10 minutes plus tard , on me demande de revenir dans 20 minutes ....personnel tres désagréable, autain , à vérifier mon identité plusieurs fois . bref , nous arrivons enfin dans la chambre qui est minuscule . Mes enfants souhaitent aller se baigner , mais l'entrée à la piscine est à 12 euros par personne ! en+ des 420 pour 2 nuits !!!et à ce prix là il faut en + faire le ménage. très déçu du rapport qualité / prix

We stayed in residence part of the complex. Apartment nicely remodelled in an otherwise outdated context. Position is ideal for skiers as it is just across the street from pistes and from the gondola taking you up. Some minor complains about some personnel at the desk not really prodigal in information (we had to ask someone else). One disappointong fact. From the description on the Hotels website it seems that pool, gym,.. are included, but it is not so. While it is coorectly reported that parking must be payed extra, I invite the web manager to clearly state that these services are to be payed and must be reserved in one hour slots for 12 euros/hour (not quite a cheap price).

Het is een lokatie met heel veel potentie en nu het interieur is verbouwd ook echt weer van deze tijd. Het is direct aan de skipiste en dichtbij tal van voorzieningen zoals een supermarkt en verschillende restaurants. Helaas is het een erg gehorig appartement wat het comfort en de nachtrust niet ten goede komt.

Posizione eccezionale per vicinanza agli impianti e ai servizi in generale, viste le tariffe comunque abbastanza elevate non trovo giusto che la piscina abbia un costo a partenche non si trovi da nessuna parte esplicitato e che è di ben 12 euro, francamente eccessivo per sentire poi il bagnino che sbraitava contro dei bambini perchè schizzavano acqua contro le vetrate.

We had a great time. However we opted to pay in full on arrival yet half the payment was taken out of my account without permission 1 month before hand. After constant communication between Hotels.com and myself this was not refunded and I incurred international banking fees.

La Thuile family ski weekend (4 Days)
Great location and has direct access to slopes (10 meters away) and gondola (30meters away). Town restaurants 10 mins walk away and a couple of restaurants and takeaway on site. Two ski hire companies 2 mins away. Although rooms are dated, small, they met our needs except you cannot regulate the temperature in the rooms and need a local adaptor for kettle. If you are looking for just room and a bed, these are perfect, dont expect luxury. Underground car parking 10 euro a day and local free bus to Couymayeur to add in another resort to ski in, that your ski pass will cover. Great resort for families learning to ski, friendly staff and locals. Local ski school was great for the kids and we booked a few private lessons. Good selection of easy blues and reds to learn on and a few black runs are tough and steep, if you want to test your ability. Slopes not busy and well looked after. Would recommend La Thuile for long weekend

Tre giorni molto piacevoli, praticamente un week-end di relax dal Lunedì al Giovedì. peccato dover lasciare la struttura alle 10.00 am. Unico neo il garage, piuttosto sporco.

Last spent time here 20 years ago. It hasn't been refurbished in that time and things are looking really quite tired. Great access to the lifts though

We came here for the second time, mainly because of the good skiing conditions and the perfectly located apartment hotel, just next to the telecabin. The apartments are old but clean and serves the purpose of a ski week well. An extra plus for two bathroom in each apartment.

Slitet lägenhetshotell med bästa läget.
Läget är fantastiskt med 50 m till gondolliften som tar dig upp till fantastiska backar både i La Thuile och över till franska La Rosiere. Lägenheten däremot är i stort behov av renovering! Det kändes tack och lov rent. Bra med två badrum trots att lgh var liten. Få glas o tallrikar och ytterst liten kokplatta som det tog hur lång tid som helst att koka upp ngt på. Vi hade tur nog endast plan att kunna laga frukost men bara det var em utmaning. Restaurangerna på området var över förväntan bra. Finns ett supermysigt café där vi åt frukost ett par morgnar. Nära till byn där det finns flera bra restauranger. Så på det hela är vi nöjda med boendet. Åker vi tillbaks så är det för backarnas skull.

Location is good, but it has been many years since this was a four star hotel. We stayed in an apartment and it was worn, moldy and slightly smelly. First they tried to give us a smaller apartment than what we had booked, so we had to insist on our reservation. Will not go there again even if La Thuile is pretty nice.

Mycket gammalt och sunkigt!
Lägenheten var mycket sliten, 5 liters-kastrull till en miniplatta. Få tallrikar och bestick, ingen korkskruv, trasigt kassaskåp som tog 4 besök att åtgärda. Fjärde gången vi bad om extra kuddar fick vi några. Mycket sur personal i receptionen, sa inte ens Hej då! vid utcheckningen. Se bild på kontakt till TV-apparaten!

Great position, dated need to include cleaning
The apartments are superbly positioned for ski in ski out. The hotel is very dated but functional. The only thing that I would see as unacceptable is there is no cleaning or change of towels throughout the week. When I contacted reception they informed me that if I wanted the room cleaned and a change of towels it would cost €20 each time. This is the first hotel that I have stayed at that it is not part of the price.

Great location and reasonably priced.
Conveniently located close to the Ski lift. Supermarket on site and various bars and other stores. Apartment was fine and clean. Would have like a few more utensils in the kitchen.

The location was great. But it took a long time to do the check in, we had a tall 9 people minivan that did not fit in the garage, so we had to park in a public parking lot down the street,

Very convenient
We (family of 4) spent 5 nights in the Cervino building. Pros: the location was perfect, the apartment convenient to spend time before and after skiing, have simple meals, spacious enough for a family with 2 kids. And clean. Cons: the whole place would need some refresh, the absence of any internet service is unacceptable per modern standards, information from staff was poor (we had to figure out where to put the trash or the skis), most amenities are for a charge (pool, parking), noise isolation typical for buildings of that period. But overall our stay went very well. And La Thuile is a top notch place!

Nothing great but certainly nothing bad except for internet connection. Overall it was very good value for money, staff very helpful, everything worked in the room and plenty of hot water.

Close to the Gondolier Station, supermarket, take away, butchers, pub, restaurant and ski rental outlet all on site. Rooms was clean, warm and comfortable, with plenty of hot water.
