## Emplacement

The ocean, omnipresent, stands out as the symbol of the city, sweeping the nostrils of visitors with its mist. Old stones also have a say in this landscape bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, where low coastlines, steep cliffs and sandy coastlines alternate.
