「When we arrived, the hotel did not have our booking. Luckily they had a room as they were not full. The staff were very friendly but told us they do not deal with hotels.com. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but if you have booked through hotels.com, I would suggest you contact the hotel to confirm. 」

「FALTAL NOS HAN DEJADO TIRADOS EN LA CALLE. Se pago la reserva el 1 de agosto y hemos llegado al alojamiento y por una mala gestión del propietario no había apuntado la reserva. Total en la calle, con 240€ menos que aun no hemos recuperado. Nosotros hemos hecho la reserva con Hotels.com y ha sido horrible la experiencia. 」
