This spacious, newly remodeled 3-bedroom condo sits right on the 12th hole of PGA West’s Arnold Palmer golf course. Enjoy relaxing on the beautiful back patio area, complete with a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table. There are at least 3 pools easily accessible in just a few minutes walking, and plenty more to choose from around PGA West. Enjoy proximity to the various PGA West clubhouses and restaurants. The views from the condo and across the resort are not to be missed!
This condo can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably. The rooms include:
Main room with smart TV has 2 couches and a futon.
Bedroom 1: a private master suite that includes a King size bed, full size bath with 2 sinks, 2 large mirrored closets, smart TV, automated shades, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: king size bed, full size bath, smart TV, mirrored closet, and private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: queen size bed, smart TV, automated shades, and ceiling fan. A full size bath is accessible just across the hallway.
Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and wine cooler); brand new LG washer and dryer; all new bedding and linens; and a golf cart is available upon availability.
Driving distance is 5-7 minutes to the nearest grocery store, 15 minutes to La Quinta Resort, and 20 minutes to Indian Wells.
