"„Wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus! Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist gemütlich, stilvoll und extrem sauber. Besonders die Lage und die tolle, gemütliche Terrasse mit toller Aussicht haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war von Anfang an herzlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung und verdiente 5 Sterne.“"

"We were welcomed by Mario who was helpful from the first to the last minute of our stay. He speaks Italian, English and German. He assisted with figuring out the boat tours, was friendly and was extremely patient. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for our three-night stay. The hotel is 6-8min walk to Procchio center and Procchio Beach. There are a few restaurants nearby, bus stops to go to the other parts of the island and there is a small supermarket. For us everything was very convenient and we would definitely recommend the hotel."

"Casa di gusto e molto ben equipaggiata. Situata in un punto strategico perché molto vicina al mare e con doppio posto auto. Camere da letto dotate di aria condizionata (assolutamente necessaria). Unico ma poco utilizzabile la bella terrazza esterna perché molto assolata e con il caldo di questa estate non era godibile. Sebastiano un ottimo ospite sempre di risposta rapida e di supporto per ogni evenienza. Grazie!"

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Carmen und können diese für max.4 Personen empfehlen. Sie ist recht klein und gemütlich. In den Schränken ist genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Die Wohung war sehr sauber, ist aber insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das stört uns nicht, es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und die Betten sind bequem. Die Wohung liegt mit dazugehörigen Parkplatz sehr ruhig am Hang. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Im Garten kann man prima sitzen. Diesen teilt man wie den Balkon (jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich) mit den Nachbarn. Die sind aber sehr nett und stören nicht. -Die Außendusche ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight, um sich mal kurz abzukühlen. Das Bad in der Wohnung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man direkt am Duschbereich vorbei zum WC geht.-Ein Fahrzeug sollte man schon haben um gut von A nach B zu kommen und die wunderschöne Insel Elba zu erkunden...Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und die gute Kommunikation!"

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr viel Platz innen und außen (wir waren 8 Personen). Die Küche fällt etwas klein aus. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Objekt wird nicht vom Besitzer, sondern vom Nachbar verwaltet. Sehr sympatischer Mann!Laut Beschreibung sollten Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereitgestellt werden. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall!! Uns wurde dann die Wäsche zu einem Unkosten beitrag beteitgestellt!!"
