About this property

Beautifull villa, 3,360 sq.m garden; only 1 km away from the Saint-Endréol golf club

  • Provençal-style dwelling house, upper floor, ground floor, and basement. The house includes
    - in the basement: a garage and a storeroom
    - on the ground floor: a large living room with open-plan kitchen, a dining room, an office, toilets, and a shower room
    - upstairs: four bedrooms (one of which has a terrace and toilets), a bathroom with bathtub, and toilets
    There is a 3,360 sq.m gated garden with a 5x10 m swimming pool and a pool house.

Why wouldn't you dive into the swimming pool as soon as you arrive and then sunbath out of sight? Maybe you would rather sit at the table under the white oaks to eat a delicious barbecue and drink a Mitan (rosé wine kept cool for you)... You just need to relax... The holidays have started...
