  • Have a family fun Disney vacation in this new chic house. With a princess bed and a spiderman room the kids will be as comfortable as the adults. Gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop, large refrigerator and all the utensils you need to create amazing meals. Large dining table, 2 family rooms and a ping pong table. Large covered pool with outside bathroom, tv and large outdoor table. This Creole style house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 quarter baths. Upper Family room has a sofa couch. Please note we have an unheated pool and no hot tub. There is a neighborhood pool and hot tub.

Perfect spot to relax from bustle of the parks

This property was perfect for a quick Disney trip - close and easy drive to parks - and great to come back from the heat and cool off in the pool. The house was as listed and communication from owner/manager was great.

Lovely spacious house

We stayed almost a month with 4 adults and 2 children. There is plenty of room with a very spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. Plenty of bathrooms, even an outside one by the pool. The pool was cleaned while I was there and is a good size. There was also a jacuzzi pool but we did not know how to use the jets.Was very happy with the accomodation

Spacious and Stylish Holiday Home in a Prime Florida Location

We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely, spacious house in a fantastic area. The home is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds—a rare and much-appreciated find! The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are stylish and well-maintained, offering a touch of luxury. While there were a few minor details that need repair, such as the spa jets not working and the pool not being heated, these didn’t detract too much from our overall experience. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was cute and big enough and the kids rooms were well decorated. The pool was cool and refreshing. The house is looking worn and could use some help. The one-ply TP was disappointing. It served us well overall and was close to everything.

Clean, with comfortable beds

Lovely home with a fantastic kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. Make sure you bring your own amenities such as Toilet Paper and hand soap etc. as they are not provided. The Hot tub was not functional when we stayed there, so I am unable to review my thoughts on that. Plenty of Towels, unfortunately, most of them were still in the washer and dryer when we got there.

Exactly what we wanted!

We were looking for a rental with a private pool that was close to Disney and Universal - this was the perfect location! Very comfortable, spacious and the pictures on the listing don’t really do this place justice. We ordered in food via Uber Eats, ate at the local restaurant ‘Eleven’ - which is a ten minute walk - and even managed to watch The Birds game on Prime TV. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something close to the theme parks but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Great home base for parks!

While there were a couple items in need of repair, communication was generally good and we didn’t miss what we didn’t have. I would say you might want to bring some extra staples: things like dish washer soap or laundry detergent and TP. The space is lovely and comfortable and the pool is great—definitely not a hot tub for anyone wondering. Again, weather was lovely and it was a great space to have for launching to parks! Thank you!!

Good family vacation!

Like other reviews, this home could use a fix up. No pool heat even if you wanted it, both sliding doors have broken handles, broken toilet roll hanger. No ice maker, one of the gas burners will not stay lit. No hand towels... we bought them. One queen bedroom had no control over fan and light. All that being said there was lots of room to move about and beds and furniture was quite comfortable.

Nice House

Nice house. Plenty of room for our group. I do think the heater needs to be checked. It wouldn't come on and it was chilly during our stay. We contacted the management company and there was confusion as someone else had reported a problem with their pool heater. We had several people come check the pool but no one came to check the central heat. Also part of the Keurig was missing so we couldn't make coffee. But overall a nice home close to WDW.

6th Birthday Vacation

This property was so beautiful. The house was pretty clean minus having really tiny ants. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms. The one thing that I didn’t like was that the kids were in the pool late on Friday night and someone called the resort security. They are kids and it was a friday night......nonetheless we just took them inside and continued my son's birthday party. A few issues I had was that there is a fee for using the bbq grill that I did not know about, there was no iron so I had to buy my own and the ice maker did not work so we had to buy ice. Also, the garbage bins were already full and we had lots of garbage to get rid of. The stove beautiful but it was confusing to use. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Great Fall Break

After Hurricane Helene hit, we debated canceling and I’m glad that we didn’t. The house is very spacious and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool is not heated but it was fine. There were only a couple of things that I would change. The house is in a huge area that has golf, a water park, 7 additional pools, and we were interested I’m going to them as they were heated and the temps were dropping. Also, there were no instructions re: use of the property, specifics for checkout, etc. I texted the owner via the VRBO app multiple times once we arrived and got no response at all. This was disappointing as they were pretty responsive prior to arrival. Also there were no washcloths at all. Only bath towels and hand towels. We purchased some from the store, but they definitely need to purchase some as that should be required. A few hiccups but overall a great house and a great trip.

Great Stay

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the house and the pool was nice and refreshing. The only issue with our stay was the lack of communication from the property manager. It would have been nice to atleast have a welcome paper with some instructions on it but there was not one. One of the bathroom doors in the house was locked. We finally were able to open it. I messaged about it to find out later that the toilet had a leak which is why the bathroom was closed. It’s the only regular bathroom on the main floor besides the master bedroom bathroom so that was awkward for our entire stay. Also wanted for use the beautiful community pool down street and took 24 plus hours to hear back about where the key was located to get in. That was also annoying. But overall our stay was very nice. Again would have loved a welcome sheet or a heads up if there was a bathroom issue. Very weird to not have that communication.

Just OK, could be so much more

Here for business. I didn’t get access information until after I was through resort security booth. Place was a little run down; white walls were dirty in many spots, art missing with nails exposed, curtains were soiled and need washed, towels were kind of ratty with bleach spots and holes, kitchen floor was weirdly sticky, lots of hand and smudge marks on cabinets and appliances, some dishes in the cabinets were not clean, master shower hardware needs repaired, dirty sheet on poolside lounger, keurig coffe maker has cracks in reservoir which caused water leak all over cabinet and floor. A lot of little things add up. Honestly not a bad place, but it needs some serious refreshing to make it feel more cared for. Likely wouldn’t book again. WiFi wasn’t accessible either. Property manager acknowledged it was a ‘known issue’ (why not address it?) and provided a hotspot which was just ok but had low bandwidth. Not ideal as I was there on business. Owner was non-responsive to my ping to them. All that said…. Had good quiet sleeps in comfy bed. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Not a great value

The house had space for all our guests, which was nice, but it fell short in a lot of ways.We only searched for rental properties that had hot tubs. We were celebrating a special occasion for a family member who loves hot tubs, but upon arrival found it not working. The emergency contact told me it hasn't worked for two years and that the owner should have told me. The owner never communicated to me at any time. This was a massive let down. We were then told we would receive a key for the community pool. We didn't receive it until late the next night so we were unable to use it the first two nights of our stay.Beyond this, the basics of the property were lacking. My sheets had bleach stains all over. The kitchen isn't super well stocked if you need to cook for a big group- more like the kind of stuff you'd have in a college apartment. They did not provide enough dishwasher tabs or trash bags for us to clean up each night. We could only do the dishes twice despite cooking for a group for four days. The contacts were also not super professional. The check-in time is very late, but they still asked us to check in over an hour later than the time we paid for because they still weren't done cleaning. They told us they would give us the pool key in the morning and text us before they were coming, but this did not happen. They also told me that they left dirty laundry and that it'd be picked up the next day. The trash and laundry from the last group was still there.

Roomy place, easy check out

Great place. Not much is required of the guests upon check out which I LOVE. Clean and spacious. Some things to note that wouldn’t deter me from booking again but just good to know: -The hot tub is not heated. We went back to look at the listing and it is in fact not advertised as a hot tub but that’s easy to miss. -There is no privacy for whomever sleeps in the pull out - Some minor maintenance is in need. Garage door doesn’t work with the button. You CAN manually lift it we were told but we didn’t try it - Other maintenance needed is the light in the superhero room. We were out all day and only there to sleep so it wasn’t a problem but the light is so dim and the remote control doesn’t work that it made it impossible for me to pack my boys up the night before leaving. Had to do it in the morning. - More maintenance: the curtain rods are close to coming off the walls on the first floor. I am sure this is wear and tear of different guests but I think these things should not be overlooked with the property manager and/or the owner. -So many light switches that were not labeled. Some switches didn’t seem to connect to anything. -Could not keep the fan on but the light off in some rooms. -Could not find a downstairs thermostat -Bath towels need to be restocked. If you come with a large group, you may not have enough -it takes several minutes to get to and from the entrance to the complex. This unit is DEEP into this very large complex.

Family retreat
