「La atención y amabilidad de todo el personal es destacable. Los sábados tienen dj en vivo, por lo que la zona de la alberca y bar se convierte en una especie de antro, la música dura como hasta las 11 ó 11.30pm. A nosotros sí nos gustó mucho el concepto aunque puede que a ciertas personas no tanto, principalmente si están acostumbradas al silencio de la laguna. 」

「I had high expectations for this 4 star hotel until I figured out that the scale is out of 10 stars. I booked the luxury studio suite which advertised city view. We got to the room to find only one window that opens up to the hallway. The hallway that connects from the lobby, meaning every guest could look inside if they wanted to. 「Si hay estacionamiento seguro en el interior del edificio... Como recomendación será bueno educar mediante señalamientos claros y visibles, a los huéspedes en el sentido de permitir la salida del estacionamiento antes del ingreso... Es molesto que si vas subiendo para salir quien pretende entrenar de bajada quiera la preferencia vehicular... Es inaceptable y poco educada y empatica esta mala conducta... Fui víctima de dicha actitud por más de 2 ocasiones en una sola estancia.」

「Wonderful new hotel with great staff, amenities and beach. Wine by the glass was overpriced and some of the dinner menu items needed attention to taste and presentation. With it being a new property they will no doubt smooth out some of the bumps. Overall, great stay!」
