Great hotel in a great location. Very clean and well presented. Beds very confortable. The food was superb in the restaurant but, a little pricey in the evening. Staff were charming and willing to help but, sometimes a little slow ( especially at the beach bar) due to having to bring things down from the hotel. The beach was clean and safe but the sun bed’s were crammed too close together, fortunately we were at the end of the season and thus had no neighbours at too close a proximity.

Late nite check in
Lovely hotel with a beachside cafe on a glorious shallow beach. We checked in very late with no trouble, and valet car service. The main floor rooms facing the beach close to the public lane are noisy in the morning as all the passerbys chat. Very clean and big massive bathtub in the middle of the room with epsom salt pack was a much needed relief from all the driving we’d done that day.

Très bon accueil ! On nous a appelé pour nous informer de la disponibilité de la chambre! (15h au lieu de 16h) En attendant nous étions sur la plage privée ( mais payante) devant l’hôtel ! Nous avons même été surclassé dans une suite ( grande chambre) vue sur mer !

très bel hôtel magnifiquement situé avec accès direct à la plage. Excellent service. Un petit souci avec la connection wifi dans la chambre. Un petit effort pourrait être fait concernant la recharge des véhicules électriques, un peu rudimentaire pour un hôtel de cette classe.

Chambre très petite, un lit de 140cm, des tablettes de nuit minuscules, peu de rangement, mobilier cheap, l’accès à la terrasse minuscule et difficile d’accès pour des personnes à mobilités réduite avec proximité des chambres voisines. Parking > Cher Le positif: vue et proximité de la plage, de la promenade et Personnel agréable Sûrement pas un 5 étoiles, 4 pour l’emplacement et 3 pour le reste Rapport qualité prix excessif

Best location, great beach short walk to shops/bars. Great suite - though A/C struggled, curtains really needed to be left closed, fortunately perfect weather and the sea-view was best appreciated from the balconies.

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel wie man es Erwartet. Check-In war eine Katastrophe. Keinerlei 5 Sterne Standard. Preis-Leistung Stimmt nicht. Kleinstes Frühstück Buffet das ich je gesehen habe. Keinerlei Internationale Auswahl und so gut wie keine Warme Speisen. Ist keine 15€ pro Person Wert. Zimmer sind sehr klein, sobald man einen Großen Koffer hat bekommt man ihn im Zimmer ohne das man Eingeschränkt wird garnicht erst auf. Balkon war voller Spinnweben. Zimmerreinigung sehr miserabel. Sehr große Sprachbarrieren bei den meisten Mitarbeitern. Kein Englisch ! Private Parkplätze direkt am Hotel vorhanden, allerdings würde ich nicht von gesichert reden, da das Einfahrtstor immer offen steht. Allgemein ein Urlaub der mit sehr viel Ärger verbunden war. Hotel zeigt keinerlei 5 Sterne Standards angefangen bei der Sprache bis zum Gepäckservice. Leider war es eine sehr große Enttäuschung. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

La mer juste en face
Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce très bel hôtel. Notre chambre avait une très belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons donc profité du balcon toute la soirée en y prenant même notre petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons.

I have been to this hotel several times now. Nice solution right overlooking the beaches. Confirmed pleasant service and nice breakfast. Recommended and I will be back many more times

Small 5 stars hotel that, to be honest, has a lot to achieve to offer a proper 5 star stay. I would rather consider it a 4 stars, but far away from being a 5 ones. Despite this prices in pick season are truly of a 5 stars, which is fairly inapproriate. Staff number is to bare minimum. Courtesy is not their best feature. Breakfast, in terms of choice, is sufficient but away from being a 5 star, again. Quality though is good. Rooms are pretty small but the horizon ones and suites have a beautiful seafront view. The decor is nice and cosy. Overall fairly recommended for a couple, but you go there mainly for the quiteness and peaceful situation especially not in pick seasons. To the hotel: please work on staff training and courtesy. This needs to be appointed. And increase the number in order to give proper 5 star service. Being a 5 star hotel is about service ... customers they need to feel pampered and taken care.

Super Lage, direkt am Strand. Unbedingt ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meersicht buchen. Das hat einen schönen Balkon mit fantastischen Blick. Leider spricht nicht alles Personal (an der Rezeption und im Restaurant) englisch und das im 5 Sterne Hotel. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte besser sein. Z.B. In der Dusche hatte es Schimmel in den Fugen, der helle Spannteppich im Zimmer war mit undefinierbaren Flecken übersät ect.

Attention lors de la réservation
Le séjour était très bien mais Hotels.com sur le site m’avait assuré lors de ma réservation que la suite réservée était pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 17 ans. Lors de notre arrivée à l’hôtel il y avait un lit pour un enfant de maximum 12 ans. Le personnel de l’hôtel m’a indiqué que c’était bien expliqué sur le site de l’hôtel. Après plusieurs tentatives de contacter hôtel.com infructueuse (je n’ai toujours pas de réponse à ce jour) je suis déçu du manque de réponse de Hotels.com par contre heureusement que l’hôtel sur place à trouver une solution et heureusement que l’hôtel n’était pas complet....
