A 19th-century village house, fully renovated in 2020. This former notary's house is located near the village shops and a leisure area (with a pond) within walking distance, offering day fishing. It is also close to the town of Challans, renowned for its four-Thursday fairs and markets. Near the large Vendée beaches, with easy access to the islands of Noirmoutier and Yeu, this house (accessible via two steps), adjoining another gîte, offers a living/dining room/kitchen, three bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed), one with a queen-size bed, and one with a queen-size bed), a shower room, and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available. Outside (accessible via three steps), you can enjoy a garden of approximately 180m² with a terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers). Enclosed grounds include a heated swimming pool (5x11m), shared by the owner and the two gîtes, with a solar shower and toilet, a 5-person hot tub, a 60m² covered area with a ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a pétanque court (pool/spa area and grounds accessible from May 1st to September 30th). The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (pool towels included in the price). Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.
