There was a LOT of very dark, curly hair on the floor when I checked into my room. My initial request for a vacuum was either ignored or forgotten. Sheets were (seemingly) clean, and otherwise the room was okay for the price. Would not recommend and would not stay here again due to the amount of hair on the floor.

Not staying here again. The hot tub wasn’t working, the pool was cold, we were limited to the number of TINY pool towels we could have for use. The orange juice dispenser was broken, the laundry room facility was out of service, the facet in our room was dangerously wobbly. The light in the bathroom was so dim we thought a bulb was out and needed to be replaced- turned out that was all the output the light could do. Do I have ANYTHING positive to say? The one staff member we met was nice. She spent a lot of time in the guest lounge area.
