This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath second floor apartment is just out of the hustle and bustle of Downtown activities but within walking distance of dining, cafes, shops and nightlife.
Burns Park is located across the street and has playground equipment for kids. Public Library and Bike Rental terminal on the South End of Burns Park on Main.
Schedule your Mani-Pedi at The Nail House located directly below the Apartment or get a fresh new hairdo at The Salon located in the building next door.
If you are a bike enthusiast Smith's Bike Shop is located around the corner on State.

Clean and Quiet
Perfect location for our visit to La Crosse for the State high school track meet for my husband and I and our parents and teenage daughters. Close to UW La Crosse and downtown. Very clean and quiet.

So much to love here!!
Pros: Owners who are easy to communicate with and send the entry info in a timely fashion The property is clean, well appointed with everything you could possibly need, conveniently located, quiet neighborhood, close parking space, great decor, comfortable furniture in all rooms, good water pressure, bath sheets, beautiful bedding, even full size fans in all the bedrooms! Cons: Hole in the half bath ceiling. 2 of the beds are so tall that we (5' women) had to buy step stools to get into the beds. The 3rd bedroom has a lighted sign outside of it, so kinda bright for sensitive sleepers, however, nothing some blackout curtains couldn't hide. Also, there is no AC and a steep staircase to get into the apartment. Summary, we would happily stay there again & again. We'd just bring our step stools and avoid the hot summer months. ❤

Will stay here again!
Everything was great! We had three couples stay here. Everything was clean had all that we needed. We were there for UW-L family weekend. Two of the beds are doubles so they are on the small side but we made it work. The whole process from start to finish was perfect. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our stay was enjoyable. The property was clean and attractive. It is located above a nail salon. No noise from nail salon, but nightlife activity was apparent. We would stay again. Thank you!
