Apartment 'Un Petit Paradis À Gigaro' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

‘Un petit paradis à Gigaro’: this small 32 m2 flat with sea-view terrace and garden is ideally located just 400 m (private path) from the magnificent GIGARO beach and the Conservatoire du Littoral.

This is a rare and exceptional spot on the Cote d'Azur, rated *** -excellent- for water quality.

The flat was refurbished in 2022 and features air-conditioning, an excellent WI-FI / internet connection (fibre), a beautiful south-facing terrace with a view of the sea and the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, a small, shady, east-facing garden (30 m2) and private parking close to the flat. A small mezzanine is available for young children.



‘Lou Cigalou is set in the heart of a private 50-hectare terraced estate surrounded by umbrella pines and oleanders. The sea views are breathtaking from every angle. On the estate (500 m from the flat) you will find a magnificent 25 m x 12 m swimming pool with pool-horse, sunbathing area and lifeguard, as well as four shaded tennis courts.



The property is secure and guarded at all times (video). The caretaker makes regular rounds.



Inside the flat you'll find a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 160x200 bed, wardrobes and bookcase. WI-FI (fibre), flat-screen TV, air conditioning, electric barbecue and washing machine.

The terrace and garden are equipped with dining tables and deckchairs. Unobstructed views, limited neighbours, peace and quiet guaranteed. Perfectly suited to a couple, it can accommodate one or two young children on the mezzanine.

klein aber fein

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eigerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Meer sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss und auch an geeigneten Spaziergängen fehlt es nicht! Bei Einchecken hat alles wunderbar geklappt! 🙏
