"It is very bad experience! The check in time start at 11 am, we arrived 14:30, then nobody in reception and the note on the door said close until 15:30, we wait until 15:30, still nobody there! I called and the one answering the phone said to me to send someone, but no one arrived until 16:30 if I remember right. When we checked in, the bed for child was not made ready, we need to make it by ourselves. No towels for child, no extra toilet paper except half on the rack, I did need to go and asked...
