The chalet boasts an ideal location with ski-in and ski-out access via the Var slope situated below the chalet.

The chalet's south-facing terrace, with a view of the Aravis Massif, is unbeatable. Equipped with a large table and outdoor sofas, you will find it hard to leave in the afternoon!
Getting to the center of La Clusaz or the Balme Massif is very easy! A shuttle stop is located just a few steps from the chalet.

A deposit of 5 000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization . A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY , to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 4 rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge .
