I unlocked what I thought was my room and saw someone laying in bed unaware I opened the door slightly. I closed the door and asked a housekeeper which room I was in. She told me. When I entered my room the overpowering smell of moth balls was present. I found a room elsewhere and left after an hour. Staff was nice, I didn’t feel the need to go complain but I didn’t feel secure since...
