Appartement lumineux et bien placé dans La Baule

Location très agréable et confortable avec beaucoup de lumière et bien isolé du bruit qu'il pourrait y avoir durant la journée.

Appartement conforme a l'annonce

Appartement agréable malgré le bruit de la rue, cris des passants, la musique, les voitures... En revanche, un grand bon point pour la dame chargée d'apporter des solutions aux petits manques. Efficace et souriante.

A return to property 2513542

As with our previous visit to this excellent apartment in La Baule we had a great holiday. Its situation is perfect being slightly away from the main street yet, with great views of the beach and sea. A comfortable apartment with all the amenities you would need. Mme Fourrez is a great caretaker, who completes the transfer with minimum fuss.

Excellent Holiday Property

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped with every thing we needed. The underground car parking space was very handy . The property is very well situated for the beach and the centre of La Baule. We are looking forward to another visit

Confort extrême l appartement

L appartement eSt non seulement Magnifique Mais extrêmement bien agencé. Situé près de l' avenue commerçante principale , c' eSt une tres belle prestation . Par ailleurs , la Dame Qui nous accueille au début du séjour est fORT charmante et diSponible .

Really lovely apartment, clean and well equipped. Car parking in underground garage - excellent!

This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. It is very well presented, has just about everything you would need - washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and board etc. Even satellite TV! For us, the location was excellent with the main shopping area close by and plenty of nice restaurants to choose from. Of course the main attraction in La Baule is the fabulous beach and the prominade and this flat is perfect for this. It has one large balcony with large table and 4 seats and also two sun loungers. It catches the sun from about 11 till 3 and shaded the rest of the time, which is good as sometimes you want to escape a strong sun. Besides the beach is right across the road! We didn't use the small balcony to the back of the apartment as it wasn't needed. There is also plenty of storage space and lots of drawers and hanging space for clothes. The rooms are all quite large and bright. One of the bonuses for this apartment is that that it has an underground designated parking space. Essential since parking in central La Baule is "payant" and not too easy to find. Finally, Mme Fourez, who looks after the letting etc is very nice and friendly and, even though her English is limited (well, it is France!) she was good fun and explained all that was needed.
