「Owner was arrogant . We arrived at 2:45pm and check in was at 4pm . Instead of saying sorry I would love to accommodate you , he smirked and said well your early and check in is at 4pm. Our booking agency’s site indicated a heated pool , when we got there there was no pool. We asked if we could check out earlier because of that error and it was a NO. Called our booking company and said it’s up to the owner to refund and it was a NO. As well this is a B&B at 100€ per night. No breakfast included...

「We had a lovely stay at Luma Relais de Charme. Sonia and the staff we welcoming and always helpful. The check-in process was simple, we even enjoyed a room upgrade to have a nice large balcony. The continental breakfast was delicious everyday with attentive servers. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was located centrally with quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants and local attractions! Thank you!!」
