Guests can enjoy shared access to a communal pool and garden, used by only six residences, along with a private terrace and reserved parking space. The house is well-suited for relaxing holidays with a peaceful setting and clean, contemporary design. The kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and basic cookware. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee, and towel sets are available for a small additional charge. [Note: The communal swimming pool is available exclusively during July and August.]
