The place was good and clean, convenient location; the only problem we had is we didn't know we had to share a bathroom/shower and share a kitchen; also, we had to pay 10 Euros per day for AC.

Poor customer experience and dark room. The hotel is actually an apartment converted into a 12 room “hotel”. There is no staff onsite. The property is very clean and quiet. However: You will need to do a bunch of paperwork ahead of time to get your access code to get in the hotel. I did not see the email for this since I booked through Hotels and I got to the hotel jet lagged and had to spend 40 mins standing on the street in the heat trying to complete the formalities including paying city taxes. It would have been nice of the staff to let me into hotel first so I was not on the street and then process the required paperwork. The autonomy is clean and basic. The room is quite dark with the windows fully frosted. Will not repeat.
