Saona Villas offers you this delightful recent and independent villa with private swimming pool located in a quiet area of the Las Tres Calas urbanization, 5.5 km from the town center of Ametlla de Mar.
This beautiful single storey villa benefits from comfortable furniture and air conditioning in its living/dining room. Furnished in a practical and functional manner, the house benefits from a pleasant and neat decoration. The land houses a pretty private swimming pool as well as several covered and uncovered terraces as well as a barbecue area.
