Perfect gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en oprecht. Villa ja heel mooi rustig gelegen, heel netjes alles aanwezig. Mij dochter die blind is vond het ook heel goed tedoen niet veel trappen dus al met al heel goed . Dank je wel Oliver.

Inacceptable de louer sa maison dans un tel état de saleté au prix demandé. La majorité des équipements est vétuste, sale ou cassée. Tous les draps étaient tachés, la machine à laver en panne, la tv ne fonctionnait pas, la banquette extérieure tachée et trouée, les transats sales, la vaisselle sale, manche de poêle cassée, poêles sales, four et micro onde sales, boulloire dégoûtante, pales ventilateur des chambres recouverts de poussière, barbecue sale , aspirateur branlant, etc,...Le propriétaire est certes resté à l'écoute mais en aucun cas cela n'a pu atténuer notre déception et décontenance. De plus, l'homme qui nous a remis les clés était désagréable remettant en cause nos remarques sur la propreté. Je vous laisse juger par les photos ci-jointes qui parlent d'elles-mêmes.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, voll eingezäunt Ferienhaus, mit einem schönen Innenhof und großem Pool.Auch unsere Hunde haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele schöne Strände in der Nähe ,Hunde Strand in Miami Platja war auch sehr schön und gut zu erreichen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Kommen gerne wieder.

séjour du 03/08 au 17/08/2024. Avons passé de très bonnes vacances, rien à redire tout été parfait. Le propriétaire toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, nous donner les bonnes adresses (visites, restaurants, etc..). Piscine entretenue deux fois par semaine. Secteur calme, plages et commerces très proches. A refaire.

À savoir une partie avec 1 chambre, une petite cuisine et un salon; l’autre partie avec 2 chambres en enfilade dont une avec sdb et toilettes. De telle sorte que les personnes qui dorment dans la chambre à 4 lits n’ont pas accès directe aux toilettes. - Une caution de 600 euros est demandée, il serait intéressant de le spécifier également

Das Objekt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn das Inventar schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Leider stand vorher im Inserat von Fewo nicht, dass eine Kaution von 600 Euro ! -vor Ort fällig wird. Was meiner Meinung nach auch überzogen für das eventuelle beschädigen von Inventar war. Unser Fernseher hat die vollen 14 Tage leider nicht funktioniert. Der Vermieter wurde am 2. Tag von mir darüber informiert, aber es wurde seinerseits nichts unternommen, um das Problem zu beheben. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, und ich würde das Objekt weiter empfehlen.

Herrlich schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Wir konnten einen erholsamen Urlaub in dem Haus von Oliver verbringen. Check In war kein Problem, wir wurden nett empfangen. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Straße. Was für uns aus der Beschreibung nicht ganz ersichtlich war, war die Lage der Zimmer. 1 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Duschbad und Wohn- Esszimmer sind von den anderen Schlafzimmern abgetrennt, diese liegen über die Terrasse durch einen extra Eingang erreichbar. Wobei das Duschbad dort schon schön renoviert wurde. Das im Haupthaus ist schon etwas älter, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Kein deutsches TV Programm vorhanden, aber wir sind ja nicht zum TV gucken in Spanien. Über Mückennetze an den Fenstern und Türen hätten wir uns gefreut, denn die kommen irgendwie immer rein und sind irgendwann doch lästig. Gefreut haben wir uns über das große Gefrierfach, hatten wir so auch noch nicht. Terrasse und Pool laden zum Aufenthalt ein und sind schön gestaltet. Der Pool hat uns besonders gefallen, groß und sauber. Den Grill haben wir nicht richtig nutzen können, würde nicht richtig heiß. Wir haben da aber auch nicht bei Oliver nachgefragt, ob es da einen Trick gibt, haben uns anders beholfen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind hinterm Haus und funktionieren einwandfrei. Eine Wäscheleine ist auch vorhanden. Kommunikation liegt, trotz Sprachbarrieren insgesamt problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Casa ideal para desconectar

Olivier siempre ha estado atento preocupándose de que estuvieramos a gusto. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Tiene de todo excepto toallas. Punto importante porque nosotros no lo leímos bien y tuvimos que comprar unas, pero hay que reconocer que el fallo fué nuestro. La wifi un pelín justa de ancho de banda. Por lo demás, una casa estupenda con todas las comodidades y con intimidad. Y como he dicho Olivier, el anfitrión, muy atento. Repetiremos.

Belle Villa avec piscine et bien équipée

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines très agréables en Espagne à la villa Maya (et ce malgré le Covid!). Belle villa, propre, bien équipée et fonctionnelle, conforme aux photos. La piscine est magnifique, et la propriété est sans aucun vis-à-vis. L'endroit est très calme. En 5 à 10 min en voiture on peut se rendre aux différentes criques de la Costa Daurada. Il y a un grand supermarché à L'Ametlla (moins de 10mn) ainsi que quelques commerces locaux avec de très bon produits, cependant, à 500m de la villa, il y a une grande pharmacie et un petit supermarché avec des produits aussi bien du coin que français, ce qui a été bien pratique durant notre séjour. La nationale est juste à côté ce qui permet de rejoindre très facilement le Delta de L'Ebre, Tarragone, Reus, Siurana etc... Enfin, un grand merci à Olivier, le propriétaire, qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions et a été de très bon conseil !
