とても綺麗で静かでした。 風呂とトイレが別で良かったのですがシャワーが使用中に突然水しか出なくなりなかなかお湯が出なかったのが少しマイナスポイントでした。

はじめて京都に宿泊しましたが、とても満足で、５人でも十分な広さでした。コインランドリーが一台でしたが、うまく使うことが出来、困った時はスタッフさんに相談すると対応していただけました。 コインパーキングも、近くにあるので大きめな車でも停めることが出来ました。となりに、ドラッグストアがあったので助かりました。 もし、可能でしたら、トイレにタオルがあれば嬉しいなぁっと思いました。

We stayed for three nights with our two school aged kids. The room had everything we needed. The hotel looked pretty new and room and bathroom looked brand new as well. Location was perfect, walking distance to Nishiki market and Gion district. Highly recommend for both families and couples.

位置不錯, 房間裝修也很好, 但房內部份家具狀態很差, 椅子是爛的, 洗手間內的架子站不穩會左搖右擺. 三層垃圾箱分類很企理, 但放置在床邊, 即是要面對著垃圾筒睡, 有點不太理想. 其他都很好, 員工也很有禮, check-in/check-out很有效率.

Property is clean, with helpful staff, in a convenient location in the downtown area (but very touristy). The mediocre rating is due to: 1) horrible beds - like a piece of plywood with thin foam, 2) rock hard pillows 3) limited space - barely room to walk around beds, 4) limited amenities - not even coffee - one pay washer/dryer on ground floor - one microwave for every other floor, 5) for a shockingly high price.

숙박 꽤 괜찬았습니다. 화장실도 깨끗했고, 룸도 넚었습니다. 직원분들은 너무 친절하시고 수건도 충분히 주시고 더 필요하시면 요청하면 주십니다. 식사는 주변 한국식당도 있고, 편의점도 있는데 가와라마치 말고 근처 다리 건너면 포장 식당 있는데 저렴한 가격에 치킨 포장되니 좋았네요. 가와라마치랑은 거리가 좀 있으나 걸어다닐만 했습니다.

Great stay for the two nights. Limited space for opening luggage but extremely clean and had free basic items such as quips, razors, and toothbrush. Good value for money. Easy to get around and close to Kyoto station.

Great hotel
Great location, nice and clean. Rooms are very small, but comfortable. We appreciated being able to arrive any time and leave our luggage, even though the reception was unattended.

Nice and clean, compact rooms with a bit of space to move and set up luggage. Loved the mini-fridges. Beds were extremely firm, much more than our group prefers.

Hotel was a short distance from the train station, but you do either need to take a train or a cab. The facility seems newer and clean. However, the rooms are very small. We booked a room for four people. I did have two full-size beds, but barely enough room for a luggage to fit in the room as well. This was the middle of a 10 day trip and I planned to do laundry at this facility as they advertise they have laundry. They only have one washer and dryer combination and the dryer takes a very very long time to dry a normal size load in fact I was never able to dry all my clothes even after staying awake till four in the morning to try. I got them as dry as I could hung them up for a few hours and then pack them up to move On , I was surprised when I asked the desk clerk for recommendations in the area to eat that they could not provide a specific place just kind of pointed in the direction. I think this hotel is good for singles or couples, but not necessarily for families.

Too expensive for what you get
There was no coffee or tea. The room had cups (one was broken by the way) and a kettle but nothing to put in it. For the price they charge it's pretty lame not to even provide instant coffee. We also thought that there were not enough USB/power sockets for a 4 people room. Overall this was really expensive compared to all our other stays in Japan that provided better service.

The hotel is a small establishment with limited amenities. The room had a kettle and cups but the hotel doesn’t not provide any coffee or tea packets. Extra towels are given if you asked. Beds are very firm. No safe.

We stayed here for 5days. I am very disappointed because they did not clean the room. We need to do it by ourselves to take off the garbage. Even the towels we need to request it from the receptionist. No water at all. No complimentary like tea and coffee in the sachet.
