Pool room - tranquil spacious room with pool views.

The Pool room overlooks the swimming pool and is separate from the house. The room is large with a queen sized bed and its own ensuite. There is a comfortable sitting area within the room with its own kettle, tea/coffee, cereal breakfast and snacks. A dining table with seating for four people is in the room as well as a refrigerator and TV.

2-3 minutes drive to town, RedRide Share taxi service available

10%~50% discount applies depending on length of your stay when booking multiple nights.

Spacious, well appointed, clean. Had a tissue box! Great place to stay given we needed to be in Kyneton for a couple of days. Hosts were kind in accommodating our last minute request and responded quickly.

It was a great stay for what we needed. Clean, quiet and private. The host was very friendly as well. Only thing that seemed to be missing was a tissue box (we could've asked for one but it wasn't urgent) and the TV reception wasn't great. But other then that no issues! Was a nice one night stay :)

Perfect accomodation

Needed accommodation for a weekend wedding. From the beginning to the end, Prince was super responsive, clear and directional. A converted pool house, the Property was perfectly sized for 2 people and suited our need for accommodation for a friends wedding. It was clean with all necessary amenities - reverse cycle heating/ cooling, large shower & toilet, fridge, microwave, TV, etc. Overall it hassle-free, clean and exactly what we needed for the occasion. And we hired Kyneton taxi and Red Ridezshare to take us to and from the wedding!

This is a great place if you wanted a base for a few days to explore the surrounding area. The room and outdoor area is large enough to comfortably stay a few days.
