Noisy room

Very noisy room, you can hear all the speech of your room's neighbour. Also, you will hear the squeaky floor everytime the other guests will walk on the corridor.

Good offer of service, price and location

Have a good experience with that hotel. Every time staying there. Clean, good location. Unfortunately, prices are going up — now for the same price you can fine small luxury apartment in the same location. Personal is very friendly.

It's a good choice in Kiev

It's a nice apart hotel at the center of Kiev. Very helpful staff at reception, close to everywhere, you can find many needs in the room, especially kettle, free water, some coffee and tea, safe box, ac, TV and free WiFi. It is like your home. You can walk many attractive places easily.

Doppelbett mit nicht zu weicher Matratze. Fersehprogramme nur auf ukrainisch bzw. russisch. Aber dank guter Internetverbindung kein Problem. Kühlschrank vorhanden, sowie gratis Tee und Kaffee und ein großer Wasserbehälter (stilles Mineralwasser) im Flur. Im Treppenhaus könnten noch Rauchmelder installiert werden, sowie eine durchgängige Beleuchtung. Auf einer Etage ist es etwas düster. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts, da ja mehrere Parteien in dem Gebäude leben. Dann den Fahrstuhl benutzen.

Disgusting

The "hotel" is located at the 6th floor of the apartment building. The elevator cabin is small, dirty and smells bad. The lobby of the hotel has a strong stink of urine and cigarette smoke. The room itself also had a strong cigarette smoke smell, especially in the toilet.

Рад что нашел этот отель и выбрал его.

Ездил и по работе и с семьей (жена, ребенок) отдохнуть и город посмотреть. 1. Расположение отеля - лучше не придумать, самый центр. Все рядом, добираться очень удобно любым видом транспорта. Находятся на 6 этаже, лифт есть, все в порядке. На первом этаже продуктовый магазинчик есть, никуда ходить даже не надо. 2. В номере - как на фото, все чисто светло уютно, все исправно и работает - телек, холодильник, малой правда накрутил и утром он у нас разморозился)), потом включили все снова остыло, утюг, чайник, фен, душ, туалет. В душе горячая вода есть всегда, если идет холодная надо подождать пару минут, пойдет гарячая. Единственный минус который был лично для меня и жены - очень мягкий матрац, не для больной спины. Ребенок спал на диване, там и то лучше. Для ребенка за 100 грн за весь период проживания взял доп постельное белье. Вай фай кстати у них стал бесплатный, скорость правда не молния, но серфить можно. Еще мы там конечно особой чистоты не соблюдали, потому что успевали только поспать и собраться в следующую экскурсию и поход по Киеву, но за 3 дня мусор из номера (из мусорного ведра в туалете) ни разу не выкинули у нас. И постель не меняли, правда я не знаю должны были или нет). А еще есть сейф, маленький. Жили в номере 4, вид из окна конечно не очень, в других номерах должны быть другие виды, какие-то точно выходят на улицу и должно быть норм.

Dårlig oplevelse

Jeg ankom sent og ville meddele dette via telefonnummeret på min bekræftelse, hvor jeg endog blev stillet i udsigt at direkte kontakt kunne skabes. Det var umuligt at opnå telefonisk kontakt og jeg fremsendte herefter en tekst meddelelse - som aldrig blev besvaret. Ved min ankomst blev jeg på fingersprog afkrævet betaling. Kvittering måtte jeg anmode om før afleveringen af nøgle ved udcheckning. Prismæssigt kunned jeg have opnået væsentligt bedre service på hoteller i centrum. Jeg benytgter ikke stedet igen.

Clean and Cozy place to stay near to everything

I loved this place. Not sure why they call it apartment rather than just a hotel, maybe it's the refrigerator and coffee maker in the room :). This was a very nice place. I was surprised, the room was very very clean and cozy. Staff was excellent, I liked the part that when I checked in at 6 am but had some concerns about my booking, the lady told me not to worry about anything and that I should get some rest first then everything else will be resolved when I woke up! Very kind!!! (Because I was tired). The hotel is close to the Olympic stadium and there are about four different metro stations you can use to get there (same stop, just different exits). There's a town bus that goes directly to the airport! So if you feel adventurous on your way out you can save some $$ (busses are 2 grivens). There are a gazillion restaurants and cafés around this place I had a hard time deciding where to eat. There's a mall on the next street with a big "I love kyiv" sign. Oh, I didn't pay for WiFi either, I noticed quite a few people said it wasn't free. In general, this is a very good place to stay. Neat and clean, I was surprised. If you can afford the extra buck or two, take the balcony room, the view is of a busy Kiev street, as a tourist, I liked it. Will definitely stay here next time I stop by.
