リゾートでゆったりというより、アクティブ派に向いているホテルです。
ホテルの従業員さんがみんな若く元気いっぱいでした。 従業員さん、警備員さん、みなさん挨拶も笑顔でよかったと思います。 頼んだこともすぐにやってくれますので、助かりました。 プールも何か所かありましたが、入ったのはメインプールだけでした。子供たちは一日2回3回と泳いでいました。 ホテル内のwifi、よく使えました。私たちは1階のプールサイドの2ベッドルームに宿泊しましたが、お湯の出もよく熱いお湯が出ました。しかし、3階に泊まった友人の部屋は、お湯がぬるかったそうです。 朝食も悪くなく、毎日少しずつメニューが変わり、楽しめました。 立地は悪くないです。デンパサールにも、空港にも近く、バイパスにある大きなマーケットやスーパーにもタクシーで200円くらいで行けました。歩いて5分くらいのところにケンタッキーやピザハットがあり、スーパーマーケットも併設してるので、何度か利用しました。。海までは少し距離がありますが、クタビーチまで散歩しながら歩いて15分~20分くらいでした。 立地が観光地より少し街よりなので、周りのレストランやワルンがそこそこ安くておいしくてよかったです。 今回16泊と長くお世話になりましたが、十分満足のできる滞在でした。 しかし、1点残念なのは、大晦日のガラディナー。エアコンが効きすぎて冷蔵庫のようで、長く見ていられませんでした。それが残念。 今回、2組7人2週間の滞在お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

2ベッドルームがいい!
家族5人で2ベッドルームに宿泊しました。 部屋がとても広くてよかったです。 朝ごはんもおいしいです。 クタビーチからはタクシーで500円ほど。 この価格でこれほどのホテルで泊まれるなんて,おすすめのホテルです。

シャワーの出が悪いかな・・・ 時間によってはホテル前が大渋滞で、見えてるのに20分ぐらいかかる。 部屋はまあまあ綺麗で、掃除もほぼほぼOKな感じ

快適でした。
友人と直前に旅行を決定して、2ベッドルームに宿泊しました。 広くて、部屋は清潔で良かったです。 一つ気になったのが、風呂のシャワーの水が少しヌルッとささた感触があり、洗い上がりがあまり良くなかったです。ホテルの問題なのか、バリ島特有なのかは分かりませんが…(笑)

いいホテル、ただ、昼間は外出した方がいいかも?
バリは初めてで他のホテルとは比較できませんが、他国の同等レベルの価格のホテルと比べても部屋は広く、きれいでした。 ただ、昼過ぎに部屋にいると、廊下から音楽が流れてきて、それがかなりうるさいのでそれはマイナスです。ホテル全体に流れているみたいなので、誰も逃げることはできなそうです。

スタッフがフレンドリー
とりあえず、オレンジがメインです。 4人で同じ部屋に泊まりたかったので、このホテルにしました。 デンパサールに区分されていますが、クタの分類でよいかと思います! 4泊、ファミリールームに泊まりました。ダブル・ツインがそれぞれ1部屋ずつでした。シャワールームが2つありましたが、夜は水しか出なかったり、若干壊れていたりが残念でしたがそこまで気になりませんでした。ドライヤーはフロントにTELすると持ってきて貰えます!送迎はホテルにメールすると、RP85000でしてもらえました。空港の到着ロビーにはプレートを持った送迎の方々がいましたが、ハリスカラーのオレンジのプレートが目立ってすぐに分かりました! 又、部屋からの眺めはドブ?の様な川や、ディズニーシーの様な民家!!!! 朝食はパンケーキやオムレツ(目の前で焼いてくれます^^)ナシゴレン等あり、満足でした^^ ホテルの中心にあったプールでも遊べて大満足です! クタ中心までは歩いて15分くらいかな?でも、タクシーで70~80円位なので1度も歩きませんでした。 滞在中に日本人は見かけませんでした。シンガポールや、インド?(頭に布を掛けている方々)人が多かった気がします。 スタッフはみんなフレンドリー!!!みんな良い人たち^^ 日本語は通じないので、若干英語が話せれば、お勧めです! 総合的にみても、お勧めです!!

The staff were great and amazing. Good buffet breakfast. There was no facilities that were mentioned. No child center, no working gym, the pool fence and tiles were all smashed so you wound cut all your feet or fall off a literal cliff side. Very run down hotel with great staff.

No complaints around the room, breakfast or staff. Advertised as having 3 pools and swim up bar, kids club, but only one pool currently operating and seats removed from swim up COFFEE bar. No alcohol available for sale within the hotel which was very disappointing and not stated anywhere within any advertisements.

Not what I expectrd
Pool area was nice but shaded, room was dirty, damp and smelly and very loud at night. Breakfast wasn't great. Food was expensive. Need a total refurb- very surprised it's classed as 4 stars.

Good choice for family trip
Room are good and comfort for family trip. Helpful staff, responsive when we request for hairdryer for our room. We enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool. The cons is the floor of the toilet are not well-designed which the water are partly contained and doesn't fully flow into the drainage outlet.

Hotel very clean. Room is big and spacious. Service slightly poor. Shopping area quite far from the hotel. But can still walk to the shopping area.

cant blame hotel for dirty beaches
The hotel was far away from the beach.The beach was so filled with garbage that it was unusable ..The staff was very good ..best I have seen anywhere

Kamar Keluarga dengan Harga Terjangkau
Saya menginap bersama keluarga - 4 orang. Kamar keluarga luas, nyaman, dan harga terjangkau. Kami memesan kamar keluarga tanpa sarapan. Namun, banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel yang sudah buka dari pagi dan harganya murah, bersih, dan lezat. Hotel terletak di kawasan yang strategis namun tidak terlalu ramai seperti kawasan turis lainnya di Kuta. Kamar keluarga di Hotel ini saya rekomendasikan bagi Anda yang melakukan travel dengan keluarga.

One of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Bali! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly staffs. We had four great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. We truly enjoyed the facilities within the hotel vicinity. The scenery was great and it was a relieve to be in such a quiet and peaceful environment. All respect for the general manager/staffs who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

More suited to Eastern world than western world
Im not sure how this hotel is 4 star I would rate it 2 star at best it is mainly set up for the eastern world especially food wise they cater for Asian/Indonesian more than aussie/nz menu very limited for lunch and tea if you order room service expect your plates still to be outside your room for a couple of days covered in flies this happened twice to us everyday there seemed to be something broken eg waffle machine blender for fresh juice broken for 3 dqays then we stopped asking breakfast variety very limted staff very limited in English the shuttle driver was great but it was easier trying to book tours through the stand beside hotel out front they were really cheap and helpful and had a lot of brochures on tours where the hotel one hardly had any and were quite hard to communicate with. Pool was nice and hardly any one in it rooms were clean except for shower which had mould all up it rooms have been cheaply done we got a large room which had a hot plate in it but was pointless as nothing to cook on it or cutlery air con good but very very noisy location not to bad about 2.5km from beach or 3/4 hr walk if you want quiet and out of town this would be ideal

We had a two bed apartment here but basic amenities for an apartment were missing. For example there were only 2 cups provided. The kitchette was a sink, singe gas ring (which cost extra) and a fridge - no bin, utensils, bowls, etc to use. We wanted an apartment so we can grab a simple breakfast before starting out day but there was no way to do that in this apartment. The apartment was tidy and cleaned daily but was also a little worn down and the toilet could have been nicer. For the money it was OK, but I would look for a different hotel next time. Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful

Modern, clean and friendly.
It was our first time to Bali, 2 adults 2 kids. The hotel was modern and clean. Staff were nice enough, although the hotel lacked a bit of charm and warmth. The a/c wasn't great and the balcony was small with no where to sit except on the a/c unit. Breakfast was nice. We ended up going to another hotel in Kuta closer to the beach,restaurants and shopping as it was easier with the youngest child.

This was a last minute accomodation so we could get out of the the dump we had booked into. Was a relief to get to somewhere which was simple but clean,had comfortable beds and good aircon. WIFI was average

Hotellet er beliggende på afstand af nattelivet i område med lokalt dagligdags liv. Værelset var ok, praktisk, men ikke særligt hjemligt. Morgenmadsbuffeten var omfattende, men virkede meget konceptagtig. Vi valgte den derfor kun første morgen. Skråt overfor hotellet lå en lokal restaurant, som tilbød hjemmelavet mad til under den halve pris. Personalet var unge, hjælpsomme og imødekommende.

Love the family room.. Better than having 2 separate rooms... Only the shower does not have enough hot water for 4 people... And the exhaust on top of the shower makes you feel really cold... So we have to turn the lights off so the exhaust will also be off when we shower... Recommend for people that have their own transportation since there is nothing to see outside the hotel...

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel avant le retour en France, et on une journée nous avons eu une bonne impression sur cet hôtel le service est d'une grande qualité et le staff sont trop gentils. c'est un hôtel pour une famille avec des enfants.

Staff are the highlight here
We booked a 1 BR room. The first thing I noticed about the room was it was not very clean. Fresh sheets, counters are wiped down, but grouting needs a scrub with some bleach, corners need to be cleaned. To be fair though, two times we caught housekeeping finishing up, it was a young teenage boy trying his best, so it's probably a need for more training. Also, at this price point, I suppose you can't complain too much. We changed room once, and I can't understand why the second room has more amenities even though it's meant to be the same. The highlight of the hotel though is undoubtedly the staff - they can't do enough for you, and always with a big smile. They were all warmth and friendliness, the epitome of the Balinese spirit. We have a very young daughter who's 2, and the staff made the trip all the more outstanding for her. They greet her and help her on to chairs, carry her to look at the fishes in the pond at the restaurant, get fish food to let her feed the fish, dance with her at the morning flash dance. The best part was on the morning we left, we missed Dino the mascot at breakfast, and the staff member, knowing how much my daughter loves Dino, donned the costume again just for her, despite the unrelenting heat. If you have young children, bath time can be a bit of annoyance as the shower floor can be slippery and there is no tub or even an anti-slip mat available. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, well worth it. The hourly shuttle was very convenient as well.

Desk clerk is very friendly and helpful, room service is quick response, shuttle bus to kuta beach is very convenient but only drop no pickup. I felt Harris riverview is a energetic hotel, that's good. The only fly in the ointment is the room doesn't maintain well, can use but feel no good.

Clean and comfortable hotel.
The Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Location is a bit off and need always get bluebird taxi, while avoiding the fake bluebirds which I took once and cost twice. The complimentary shuttle is a joke with its long transit time. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Awesome staff
Love this hotel very clean. Short taxi ride into kuta around $3 au or use the free shuttle bus. The choice of 4 pools are great if you want to find a quiet pool. Staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. My only grumble is the limited choice of breakfast for westerners, they have an egg station but if you didn't want eggs not much else to choose from. I would use this hotel again.

First room had a leak in the ceiling, but they promptly moved us to another room. didn't spend much time in the room, everything was good.

Very convenient location, close to all facilities
Absolutely fantastic, hotel comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful, neat and clean hotel, and out of the world breakfast experience. Flights reasonably comfortable being budget airlines but on time. Totally a very very good holiday on a good budget provided by Expedia especially during peak holiday season. Thank you Expedia!!!

Simple place with everything you need.
It was indeed a pleasant stay, with great room facilities. The bed and comforter are soft and really comfortable. A mini refrigerator to chill our fruits and drinks. There is a mini stove for us to prepare supper.Environment is clean and staff were very willing to help. Breakfast buffet was great, with different variety everyday. The location is pretty ideal; close to the airport and the nearest hotspot, Kuta Beach. There are a few mini marts around to get any necessary items needed and there is a bank and money changer just opposite the hotel. However, room service was simply restricted to making the bed. Nothing was done to the used plates and cups, and the floor was not vacuumed. Maybe it was a bad timing, but my room was surrounded by rooms that were under renovation.
