要改善点 1シャワー室の間仕切カーテンがなくシャワーをするとトイレ、洗面室が水浸しになる。2となり部屋と続き部屋でドアの隙間から隣の音がだだ洩れ。3湯沸かしポット、カップはあったがお茶、コーヒーがなく備え付けてほしかった。4部屋にテッシューボックスがほしかった。

ディスカバリーモールがすぐ近くでビーチやウォーターボムにも直ぐに行けるので、遊びや買い物をしたい人にはおすすめ。部屋にはセキュリティーボックスはあるけど、ドライヤー・冷蔵庫が無いのが残念。WiFi環境が良い。屋上プールは深く背の低い人は足がつかない。子供用プールあり。

Terrible hotel
We arrived at 1am in the morning. We had too Ben over too 2 different rooms that same night. In the first room there was no wifi and a putrid smell in the room. They moved us too another room. that putrid smell was also in that room. But the wifi did work. I had hardly any sleep that night from the smell and woke with a migraine. It was also so noisy. We left that morning and stayed somewhere else. We put a complaint in and wanted a refund. They would but refund us our money at all. Terrible hotel. Terrible service. We lost all our money and had too pay for another hotel.

I liked enjoying the pool area. The ladies from the spa came out and offered a special promotion on their 1-hour massage. I received one and was very impressed with the quality and atmosphere. The breakfast was also nice - I liked the pasta station. The room had a balcony which I enjoyed. Something in the room comfort felt missing in a 5-star hotel.

It was very run down and not like the photos, the pool bar area barely operates, the rooms smell of cigarettes. Rooms with no mini fridges. Definitely wont stay there again. Отель хороший, не далеко от аэропорта и пляжа Куты. Выбрали его перед завершением путешествия на 2 дня. Номера чистые, мягкая кровать. Из минусов: нет фена, холодильника, и всего 2 полотенца больших на двоих и 1 для ног. Для лица нет полотенец. Из плюсов :в цоколе охраняемая стоянка для авто и байков, лифт, на верху зона отдыха с лежаками и бассейном, вечером вид шикарный с этой зоны. Завтраки нормальные, регистрация быстрая, и учли все мои пожелания. Рядом много магазинов, и на такси не далеко до аэропорта. В номере всё для чая и кофе есть.

Good hotel in a great location. Value for money excellent. Wi-Fi was good for us but our friends did have a bit of trouble. Rooms made up efficiently. Great roof top pool with a very good view of surrounding area. Service could do with improvement in the restaurant, can be a bit hit and miss but overall a good hotel.

Lovely stay, short but sweet. Stayed due to early flight out of Bali and was really comfy and just what we needed.defi they recommend.

Gunstig gelegen, goede voorzieningen en aangename kamer. Ontbijt was ook in orde. Alleen jammer dat in het restaurant vaak gerechten snel zijn uitverkocht. Maar dat gebeurt wel meer in Indonesië...

Good, returned 3 times!!
Amazing location and roof top pool! Right by shopping mall and less then 10 min walk to beach. Rooms clean and bed comfy. All linen and towels clean. Staff really accommodating and pleasant. Returned 3 times during our stay in Bali!! Little noisy over night and in the morning so maybe not great for a light sleeper. Breakfast OK nice juice, hot drinks and toast for fussy eaters however plenty to offer if your willing to try!! Overall great stays.

Favourite place in Kuta
Favourite place to stay in Kuta. This is not in the loud party area of Kuta which is nice. It’s right on the beach and next to discovery mall and loads of restaurants. Room was clean, good size, very comfortable, good services including water, kettle, tv, toothbrush, and very decent wifi. The roof top is gorgeous with views of sunset and beach. Bathroom lovely and clean with separate shower. Close to airport. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Kuta. Worth the cost.

Bon rapport qualité prix, calme et propre
Situé sur la route de l'aéroport à Kuta, pas loin de la plage (10min à pied) et d'un centre commercial important. Le centre de Kuta est à 10-15min de marche. L'hôtel est propre et moderne, la piscine sur le toit est très agréable. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, pas de vue pour nous (nous étions au premier), mais l'endroit est calme. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet correct mais très asiatique, sans plus.

Hi Hugo, Thank you for your review and we are really appreciate it. Regarding the breakfast, we have discussed with our Head Chef to improve the breakfast variety. For now we provide pastry stall and also egg station for our foreigner guest. Also please be informed that we are a budget hotel therefore we need to consider anything before adding new menu at our breakfast.
