"Nice place to stay in Lemon Grove California on a low budget. Parking lot not suited for large trucks rv 18 wheelers or trailers. "

"There are many food places and stores near by. No more that 20 minutes and an uber ride to anywhere else in the area. We were able to walk around the area with ease. Super clean home. Interesting layout with locks on all the doors including bedrooms. One bath by the living space was very small. I mention this cause my husband is a linebacker and couldn’t fit his shoulders in the space where the toilet is or maneuver well in the shower. lol. Top tier kitchen and amenities!! "

"We found the host extremely (in a good way) communicative which was much appreciated. The property contained all amenities mentioned in the VRBO description. Though we did not need them, there are air conditioning units in each living area. The property was clean and well taken care of inside the unit. I would recommend some instructions be made available for the television as there were two remotes and both were needed to access some of the programming. We sorted it out, but not finding anything might make things difficult for some. I would also recommend providing instruction on the operation of the rear deck lighting. The area is great, but the lights are bright and to some extent shine in the rear bedroom. There was a pad in the laundry room implying some ability to control them, but it did not. One last recommendation related to the grill. It is electric, but there didn't seem to be any open receptical in the deck area for its plug. If we are looking for a place to stay in this area, we'd definitely choose this place again."
