"The home looks exactly as pictured, walkable neighborhood with local shops and eateries nearby. It was really cold during our January trip so we enjoyed the comfort of the layout; having board games, pool table and ping pong was cool. Our big bonus was having two days with 80 degree weather and the Swimming pool was the best! Highly recommend."

The house was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing—which we truly appreciated.Our host, David, went above and beyond by welcoming us with a lovely bottle of wine, instantly making us feel at home. Those thoughtful touches really made the experience special.The location is perfect—very close to downtown San Diego and San Diego State University, with great food options within walking distance, including a pizza place and El Tío Restaurant for authentic Mexican street tacos (a must!).Parking was secure, and our absolute favorite spot was the front porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood vibe."
