I arrived at the hotel with my whole family, ready to enjoy the stay in Kusadasi, but it was closed. There was nobody around for any explanation or hint. Our guide talked in turkish to the security person (the only around) and he explained that the hotel was closed several months ago. Its hard to understand how they don't care for the customers and how Expedia didn't adviced about the situation.

Hotel is comfortable and clean, but Wi-Fi didn't work in the room and terrible sinal at reception. Bar and restaurant offer very poor range of food and drink and hotel is far from the restaurant, so recommend to stay elsewhere close to the center!

Im Oktober ziemlich verlassen, in einer eher trostlosen Gegend (umgeben von Bauruinen). Das Personal war aber bemüht und sehr freundlich.

Achtung! Eventuell gefälschte positive Bewertungen

So was haben wir von einem Hotel, dass als "fabelhaft" auf Expedia bewertet ist, nicht erwartet. Das Hotel war sehr treckig, besonders das Badezimmer, Klimaanlage war voll verschimmelt. Wasserablauf in der Dusche hat schlecht funktioniert. Wenn wir den Früstücksraum betreten haben, ist uns Appetit direkt vergangen. Es gab kaum was zu essen, verdorbene Äpfel und das Brot ohne Handtuch..also jede, der das Brot vor uns geschnitten hat, hat es mit Händen angefasst. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Pool and view is very nice. However, ac was leaking water and bathroom sprayer was broken. They need quality check during cleaning. The staff is very young. It looks like young boys are operating or trying to operate the hotel.

수영장등 시설은 깔끔하나, 접근성과 응대는 최악임

셀축에서 갑자기 쿠사다시 1박 체류을 위해 검색중 상단의 호텔을 예약. 시설은 깔끔하나 렌터카로 다니는 경우가 아니라면 접근성은 제로.. 영어사용이 않되고 전방좋은 방이 텅텅비어 있으나, 굳이 구석방으로 배치. 인터네셔널호텔은 아닌듯. 호텔내에서만 체류한다면 모를까, 터키를 여행중이라면, 레디스비치쪽의 숙소를 강추. 비치옆이 바닷가 접근성과 많은 레스토랑 선택가능. 벤티는 언덕위에 있어서 바닷가도 차로 이동해야 하고 근처에 아무 식당도 없음. 좋은 시설을 방치하고 있음.

Horrible, dirty rooms

We booked 2 night in this hotel but were startled by the situation we encountered. We were told we got an upgrade, because there were no standard rooms available. However, upon arriving in the rooms, the housekeeping had not been there. We were told to wait for 30 min. so they could clean the room. Also, there was no wifi and the swimming pool was empty. The overall atmosphere was bad. When we could finally enter the rooms, we were startled to find cigarettes in empty glasses, remains of food on the terrace, dental floss with blood on it next to the sink, and dirt everywhere. We could not possibly stay in the hotel and left for a much better hotel nearby, the Altinsaray Hotel.

Muy a disgusto

La habitación terrible sin black outs. No tenía televisor ni el control de la calefacción. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. El personal no habla absolutamente nada de inglés ni de español. El internet pésimo no entraba bien en las habitaciones había que estar pegado a la puerta. En fin no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Wonderful.

I love this hotel and will be back when next in the area. I booked for 2 days and ended up staying a week. Very nice rooms with a super-comfortable bed but the main plus in my opinion is the view from the terrace of the rooms, just great.

very great staff

In my opinion, one of the things which make the hotel quality, is the staffs. The staffs of Venti Hotel was really great. We forgot the necklage in the hotel and I called them. they recall me immediately and sent me as parcel with carrier. And we didnot pay anything for parcel. Thank you very much for the staff attention.

Absolutely wonderful

The hotel is absolutely lovely, it is clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The view is spectacular over looking the water. The pool is gorgeous and the breakfast is excellent. The staff was very helpful, professional and pleasant. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you .

Worth it for the views

It's a lovely hotel set right up in the hills, you'll need a car to get down to the beach and the town centre as it's a steep hill to walk up or down. The hotel is lovely it's modern which I like. The views out to the sea are amazing and also get a pool view too which when lit up at night is lovely. The positives: the views, the massive beds, nice staff, location is close to beach and town (if you have a car) nice big tv, private balcony. Negatives: the mini fridge did not actually cool anything so was pointless, our shower flooded the whole bathroom and room as drains were blocked after a few calls chasing it up someone did come and fix this, the pillows are far to soft to offer any support for your neck and head, the drinks are so overpriced £10 for 1 beer and 1 cocktail that was so watered down tasted like milky water! Little things where could improve have some music playing in reception it feels weird without it, have some channels that are English not just the news, Overall i would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend.

nice hotel with a view

Very nice hotel with great location and a breathtaking view. The staff are super friendly and helpful especially the manager; he gave us personal attention. The rooms are nice and well furnished. The prices are very reasonable. Free parking is limited at the hotel but the nearby streets allow more parking spots. The hotel is near the center of town and close to most local attractions. Breakfast was free and decent.

Nice place for budget

I stayed two nights with my family. My 4 bed suite was very roomy. Easy access to pool. It is hard to say real luxury hotel, but considering price, it can be best choice for everyone.

The hotel has a great manager Gucci she tried her best to offer me a great room and to make me feel comfortable. I loved the hotel and will definitly good back again. Also special thanks to Cheif Usman(Uthman) for good food selection specially the pasta at dinner. Overall very good hotel. They make you feel like home. Thank you Gucci!

Receptioniste lamentable!!

Nous avons à notre grande surprise appris que notre chambre avait été donné à d'autres clients et l'hotel voulait du "sous-classé"! Il a fallu gueuler et retourner la reception afin d'etre surclassé! (Chambre deluxe vue Mer initialement et il voulait nous sous classer en deluxe vue partielle mer si l'on pzut appeler cela comme sa car la vue donnait sur un terrain vague ainsi que des maison en construcion!" L'accueil de la receptionniste "femme blonde" qui à daigner nous communiquer son Nom à été tout sauf professionnelle!! Apres 1h-1h30 d'attente et d'enguelade, mais surtout apres avoir insisté pour qu'elle rappel son directeur, elle decide de nous surclasser alors qu'elle qouhaitait a l'origine nous faire payer le surclassement!! Jonteux et pas du tout pro!! Bref, hotel.com à ete averti sur le moment et lorsqu'il ont souhaité contacte la reception, cette meme dame à raccrocher le telephone au nez deux fois de suite... Quand au interlocuteurs (d'hotels.com) que nous avons eu, boulot génial! Reactivité et professionnalisme au rdv!! Merci beaucoup car c'est finalement grâce à vous et votre pression que nous avons été surclassé!! Quand à l'hotel, la receptionniste a finalement gaché notre sejour car nous avons eu l'impression de mendier notre sejour payé un mois plus tot!! Quand au petit dej, il est vraiment médiocre!! Nous devons monter nos bagages nous memes!! La receptionniste nos parle telephone a l'oreille!! Plus mauvais hotel dont nous avons eu a faire!!
