Extended our stay !

Amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk lady who spoke English was really helpful and nice. Excellent customer service also in the dining room. There was someone there to attend to any need. Very clean, amazing rooms, thermal bath was great. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Food was dreadful, we were given a “superior” room in the back of the hotel on 1st floor which had balcony overlooking a GARBAGE DUMP (room 1028). Due to technical error on Hotel.com I unwittingly paid for 2 rooms when I only needed one. Didn’t discover until check-in and front desk staff absolutely helpless to do anything. After TWO hours of standing at desk requesting to speak with a manager -and being told no manager is available- finally a lovely woman from the sales office came downstairs and agreed to comp us “all-inclusive” status (which according to hotel.com was what I already paid for, but hotel disagreed. This entitled us to a disgusting assortment of overcooked mush. I am a world traveler and have never stayed at a hotel as unwilling to attend to guest concerns as this place. Avoid at all costs, it’s a terrible hotel.

Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away.

Insgesamt war das Hotel sauber und im Großen und Ganzen modernisiert, jedoch war das Essen nicht gut also es hat geschmeckt war aber nicht jeden Tag abwechslungsreich. Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche ohne jegliche Änderung Mittagessen und Abendessen war jeden Tag beinahe dasselbe keine abwechselnde Gerichte oder ähnliches. Ein großes Kriterium ist, dass auch von außen Gäste für jeweils einen Tages Aufenthalt den Pool Bereich und Spa Bereich nutzen konnten womit die Hotelgäste leider meistens keine Liegen hatten und somit eingeschränkt waren. Zudem war der Unterste Bereich eine Baustelle da im Januar 2026 eine Wasserflut alles kaputt gemacht hat und innerhalb von 8 Monaten war es nicht möglich es zu renovieren somit konnten wir das Fitnessstudio und die innen Pools nicht nutzen. Bei All Inclusive mit Alkoholischen Getränken waren nicht alle Alkohol Getränke inbegriffen was halt blöd ist wenn man schon all inclusive hat, zudem musste man für sämtliche Getränke trotzdessen zahlen was halt nicht Sinn und Zweck von All Inclusive sein sollte. In der Minibar im Zimmer war nur Wasser vorhanden.

Otelde üç gün geçirdik Genel anlamda odalar wcler ortak alanlar hep temiz ve bakımlı idi.Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlu idi. Denize 5 dk mesafede servisle gidiliyor kendine ait plajı var ve orda da yeme içme sınırsız idi. Havuzları biraz küçük olsa da yeterli idi . Aynı zamanda termal otel olmasi da çok dinlediriciydi. Tek zayıf halka bence ana yemek çeşitlerinin azlığı idi sanırım beş yıldızlı bir otel için yeterli menü ve sunum yoktu bence . Yemekler az değildi çeşit azdı bunu belirtmek isterim et ızgara vs çeşitleri kesinlikle az bu alanı geliştirilmeli ama lezzetli idi herşey dediğim gibi sadece çeşit azdı .Animasyon ve akşam programlari birqz daha guclenebilir genel anlamda memnun ayrıldık çok teşekkür ederiz Aile oteli ve güvenli kizkiza tatil yaptik bunu da belirtmek isterim 🙏🤗

Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. Kahvaltısı efsaneydi. Odamızda sıcak su sorunu oldu. Biraz daha bakımlı olması gerekir. Zaten konaklarken tadilatlar devam ediyordu. Daha da temiz olabilirdi.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Il buffet ha sempre piatti buoni anche se le proposte si ripetono. Piscine esterne top e la navetta per il lido è comodissima. La camera andrebbe pulita meglio, per il resto tutto ok.
