This spacious, newly built (2021) and family-friendly townhome offers ocean views from the private balcony and is a short walk to the pristine shoreline. With three bedrooms, including two king bedrooms—one conveniently located on the main floor—and a fun bunk room featuring four twin beds plus a pull-out twin mattress, there’s plenty of room for the whole family or group to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.
**Owner's Suite:** A private master suite with a king-sized bed and private balcony offering a peaceful haven.
**Bedroom 1:** Featuring a first floor king bed with full size bath, offering private getaway from the main living area.
**Bedroom 2:** Designed for fun, this room is equipped with 2 bunk beds, offering 4 twin beds and a pull out twin mattress.
The townhouse is equipped with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry. The living area provides a comfortable space for unwinding after a day at the beach.
