"I have been to a lot of hotels in Lilongwe over the years and this is hands down the best. Located in a quiet 600 hectares park with its own gamereseve, but only 15 mins from anywhere downtown, it’s a quiet, beautiful, reliable place. There is a vey nice garden with paths, a castle (!), a great restaurant and a beautiful swimming pool. The bungalow/rooms are spacious and have a feel of authenticity. This is the place to go

"From the pick up at 0130AM from the airport to the warm reception once I woke, to the food and garden, clean rooms and pool, this is the perfect place to fight some jet lag and have as home base… I kept extending .. just couldn’t leave .. definitely a jewel in the Malawi crown and the epitome of “Warm Heart” hospitality!"

"The space is nice overall; spacious, luminous, and with a lovely open-plan setting that feels very welcoming. The bedrooms are well-sized, and the caretakers are always available to help with whatever you need, which makes the stay feel easy and cared for. The gardens were a highlight for me, beautifully kept and a joy to spend time in, and the whole place is set in a very safe and quiet area.
That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The walls, corners, and light switches could use more thorough cleaning, and the Wi-Fi connection does drop in and out, which makes it a little tricky if you need to rely on it.
Overall though, it’s a comfortable and spacious place."
