スイスらしい山の雰囲気を味わいたい方にぴったり！
いかにもスイスらしいシャレーの雰囲気が味わえ、たっぷり楽しむことができました。エアコンがなくてびっくりしましたが、６月中旬の滞在だったため問題ありませんでした。

Very helpful staff. The bathroom was updated. The rest of the furniture is a bit outdated. The balcony had a nice view of Lake Lucerne. The breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel in a stunning area. Room was super comfortable and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Check in was fast and effortless. We were able to get a reservation for dinner at the same time. The hotel interior is charming and elegant. A cafe next door sold us a wine to take to the waterside at the hotel’s private park. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. You must have the chateaubriand. Beautiful setting. We will be back!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in terms of setting and service. The front of house staff were both friendly and very efficient helping with both queries and advice. The restaurant and breakfast rooms are located in a seperate building opposite the main hotel. The breakfast buffet was high quality with a good choice of food and, while the hotel restaurant menu had a number of interesting dishes it wasn't our style of food. That said, there is a great Argentinian restaurant right next door which served a wide variety of the most excellent food backed up by very friendly and helpful staff which we would recommend most highly. Thank you Merlischachen for five wonderful days

I loved this quaint hotel with wonderful old world charm, nestled in a small town close to Lucern, Merlichachen. Beautifully maintained structural wood beamed rafters, doors and hardware of medieval style throughout the hotel. Also, of equal charm was the serene lakefront property grounds, beautifully landscaped and was a lovely quiet respite from our travels. The bathrooms were completely remodeled and beautifully appointed with everything new and immaculate. If I am fortunate enough to return to Switzerland, I will certainly stay in this hotel.

Limited lake view in the "lake view" room
Overall is good and clean. We paid extra for the "lake view" but the vision of the lake is very limited. Do Not suggest for the lake view.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt direkt am See
Wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel Schloss-Hotel Swiss Chalet Merlischachen verbracht und waren zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer. Das Hotel im Schloss-Stil war sauber und die Lage - am See - traumhaft. Für uns persönlich war es allerdings vom Stil (Interior Allgemeinbereich und Zimmer) etwas zu dunkel und rustikal (Rüstungen und Hellebarden an den Wänden). Beim Frühstück im Nebengebäude (auf der anderen Seite der Straße) gab es reichlich Auswahl.

Kamer mooi alleen de jacuzzi was niet in orde. De bubbels deden t niet en de knop was afgebroken maar hij liep uiteindelijk wel vol Zeer teleurstellend gezien je hiervoor betaald en er hoort restitutie voor te worden gedaan😌

The property is in a beautiful area of Switzerland and is in perfect condition. Nevertheless I left disappointed: during the booking I selected and paid options that appeared to secure a pleasing view to the lake. That was not the case though. The view from the balcony was one of some parked cars and a small unremarkable house. Sad.

Im rustikalen Stil direkt am See mit Rigi-Blick
Das Schlosshotel ist wirklich genial. Hat Stil. Zimmer tip top - wir hatten ein rustikales Nordzimmer. Betten ein Tick zu hart (für unseren Geschmack). Nette kleine Sauna wurde auch gleich ausprobiert, genauso wie ein Bad im See direkt vom Hotel-eigenen Pedalo aus. Liegewiese mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten direkt am See ein zusätzliches echtes Plus. Frühstück Corona-bedingt serviert statt als Buffet, aber man durfte immer nachbestellen. Kleines Minus: Verkehr war etwas laut beim Frühstück auf dem überdachten Vorplatz (Swiss Chalet) direkt an der Strasse.
