Refund issues

i went over there on Raya holiday, on 16th June. upon arriving when i try to check in, found out the room was booked, and was not reflected on Expedia, hence my booking was forced to cancel, although they offer another room which is smaller, but with an extra bed .however i have 3 adults and 1 pregnant woman with me. thus i requested cancel of the room. the Manager also agreed to refund to me in full. I am not sure if this is whose fault but until today about 3 weeks. i still have not yet to receive my refund.

Used to be good

Stayed at this hotel around a year ago - at that time the service was perfect. Sorry to say, now it is average. We booked dinner and ordered food a the next door Chinese restaurant at 13:30 hours for delivery to our room at 18:30 hours. At 19:30 hours I cancelled the dinner. Our room was big, but hardly any furniture inside.

A pleasant and relax stay near Bentong

We are quite surprise with the hotel overall ambiance and landscape is nicely done. It was a pleasant stay! We like the wood shelter.

Hidden gems

No price list for the recreation activities such as A TV, cycling.....whether it will mark up by the staff as they like? The pond is a bit smelly but we satisfy for the overall stayed. Clean big room with balcony, comfort bed , nice natural environment with fresh air, unique bathroom sink, every hotel room have very nice decor..... Staff need to improve theirs English language.....they only understand bahasa Malaysia.....

Escape from busy cities

Very nice, affordable, pleasant and quiet place just away from the highway. The room was big, with a large and comfortable bed. Wooden houses and bungalows and superb wooden furniture. Only cold water in the bathroom but who cares when it's so hot outside? Dinner was great with local dishes expertly cooked.

Frustrating

This was my 3rd trip to this place unfortunately we are not able to stay at da place dat we hv booked n paid for due to electricity prob. Although we were given different type of rooms (wood shack) im still not happy cos it is a family gathering n the mansions that we hv chosen is much better cos everybody could room in together n it is nearer to da pool. Pool is also not clean. Also our fishing bait that we left overnight at da balcony got stolen.. security is not good n hotel mgt doesnt seems to care much or compensate us.

vey natural environment hotel

A very great place to escape the city. Overall was just nice, worst part is the kitchen side, taste was great . prepare time is super worst ! 3 dishes have to b wait for over an hour. Give a big thumb up to all de staff, they is very helpful and friendly.

Worst stay in a hotel

Acacia is not ready to accept guests. First, the ponds surrounding the rooms were filled with a disgusting layer of pollutant which looked like oil, the water was stagnant and the colour was scary. Secondly, the room was dusty at all the edges and corners. Thirdly, there was no hot water from the shower. Next, the restaurant was totally unprepared to receive guests. They couldn't even provide simple bread, the waiter couldn't understand what a fried egg is, he brought us omelette. Seemed there was nothing in the kitchen, he asked if we could have fried rice for breakfast! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! This hotel should either buck up or not operate at all. They do have a nice place, such a pity they can't manage.

Nice, cosy, good service in the middle of nowhere

Extremely good service. Quality buildings in the middle of no where. Restaurant prices slightly above average and the food was average. Again service very good. Nearby motorway not as noisy as expected.

Super zum Entspannen

Unser Hello-Kitty-Zimmer war sehr schön geräumig, liebevoll gestaltet und super ausgestattet. Mit einem tollen Balkon über dem See und einem wunderschön angelegten Pool direkt vor der Tür. Die ganze Anlage ist einfach perfekt um zu entspannen - sie liegt in der Nähe einer Straße (von der man nicht viel mitbekommt) und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Allerdings war die Kommunikation mit den netten Mitarbeitern des Resorts etwas komplizierter, da nicht alle gut englisch sprechen und somit ein paar kleine Missverständnisse entstanden sind. Das Essen ist wirklich vorzüglich und wird von einem sehr guten Koch zubereitet. Traumhaftes Resort, schön gepflegt, neu und sauber gehalten doch leider etwas ab vom Schuss (man braucht ein Auto um wegzukommen).
