The staff installed a new bed for our child in the family room 15min after I inquired how we could sleep 4 people with a king bed and a single bed. The staff is very very nice and customer oriented

1- The sink is clogged. 2- There are hotel guests who gather near the room area CHATTING and LAUGHING LOUDLY until late night and it disturbs our sleep.

Dirty and expensive

Looks can be deceiving. Lobby is crisp clean and well maintained. Hotel is very expensive for the dirty rooms (carpets and walls full of stains). Wifi is slow and breakfast is poor.

E' il mior hotel della zona (dicono), 3 stelle. Le camere sono datate e non proprio belle, il bagno ha una doccia con un sistema strano e poi non ha nè cabina nè tendia per cui quando ti lavi si allaga tutto. Colazione tipica malese, il personale è molto disponibile. Piscina... vabbè... e parcheggio libero sotto l'hotel. Se devi andare a Taman Negara è l'unica soluzione; Comunque stanno rinnovando altre camere, spero migliorino ancora )

That was the worst and dirtiest place we ever stayed so far. Windows dirty, floor dirty, linnen barely clean - disgusting. Bathroom needs desperately a deep clean.

Quite ok..

I stayed in superior room.. But it is next to the road and so noisy. I asked for room change but to no avail. The room is clean and spacious. Water pressure was good. Easy access to the shops nearby. Only let down was the noise. They should've Anti-noise glass.
