The location is good . It near to a lot of place , like telok cempedak, shopping mall , satezul also . Staff is friendly and willing to help . Breakfast is quite simple . I bought 3 days breakfast before I check in . But just eat 1day as it really simple . Con : this is my 1st time that we must ask for room make up , otherwise they will not make up your room automatic .

The Hotel was very well kept together and updated amenities. Family friendly with a great pool, not too big. The hotel itself was a little far from the Malls so it meant it wasn't as busy, but you have to take a taxi/Grab to get there since it's isolated.The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Good, modern hotel

A recently renovated hotel to a good international standard. The room had comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good choice of items, including freshly cooked eggs, although we were surprised that there was no brown bread or yoghurt.

I like staying here for my work trip however my latest stay at AC Hotel is quite disappointing. the toilet had this terrible smell. Smell like cockroaches and the aircond is not functioning well hence it’s very hot inside the room. Other than that, the hotel is very good

We enjoyed our stay at AC Marriott Kuantan from 15/5 to 19/5/24. The front desk staff Jeff n his colleague from Myanmar Who served us when we chked in was friendly & helpful giving us a high floor n nice view room - a good start to our relaxed vacation. The rooms were clean n the bed was comfortable Our best experience was the service of Mr Sagir at the cafe where we had our daily breakfast. Mr Sagir, is an excellent worker who serves with a smile n has initiative. We saw how he was able to multitask getting coffee for guests n clearing used utensils for the guests. An excellent worker that needs to be rewarded n treasured. My wife n I really enjoyed our stay. We like to thank the hotel for making efforts to maintain the standards of The Marriott ‘Good Job’ 👍
