気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

Location and area is good but the accomodation is bad. Room condition is worse than budget hotel. Plaster ceiling crumbling until the floor and furniture is full with white substance. Out of 3 rooms only 1 room in ok condition. The other 2 rooms arein bad condition. 1 bathroom with heater not working and the other 1 room sink and toilet bowl is loose. Old beds, old pillow and old furniture.

Pleasing stay

We arrived around late evening, the staff got my name however there were some confusion where they check my payment method which never happen when I book with Expedia. However, things sort quickly and we check in. The rooms was spacious for 4 person. We there on weekdays so no other customers. The place is quite enjoying, next to beach however the beach was not maintain and got many fisherman on the beach. the wave was huge and we not dare to swim (not even know if we allowed to). the towel to small for an adult to use. Got barbeque place, near to restaurant and place was quite ok to stay. gotta pick a nice chalet if going to stay here again

Good stay

It is a family trip. We enjoyed the beach and the dinner. Even it is a short visit but a memorable one.

Nice bungalows, close to local market, but quite far from the city (about 20-25 minuts by foots + 20 minut by jetty). Only as place, from where explore Terengganu, but not place, where you can live more than 2-3 days (nothing to do). Of course, there are a lot of aints.. Good wifi.
