Didn't stay more than 2 hours. Booked for 3 days Missed 1st day 25th due to flight cancellation 2nd day stayed 2 hours as we were tired & hungry. No water in the room or tea or coffee. Getting into room first of all a nightmare. They didn't send instruction about room number, key pickup info then door postcode. Room had used bedsheets. Revolting to stay even a minute. Bought food & water and then we left. How we get reimbursed.
