Good for short stay. Overall hotel condition is good. Towel provided. It’s 3 star hotel so don’t expect enough toiletries

No hassle in checking-in and staff friendly, Kettle and cup provided but there's no teaspoon to stir. Corridor a little narrow n lighting a bit too dim for our comfort. Overall it's ok for the price charged.

Unsatisfied stay

The service are poor because they knew we have a child that need to carry up to the stairs and 3 big luggage with several bag but still they put us at 3rd Floor without any assistance from the hotel. So, we have to make 2 trip just to collect our luggage. Besides that, the room wasn't friendly for family that have a child that 2 years below. Because there's no wardrobe or anything for us to put our luggage and the hotel mug to put higher (afraid that our child might get hurt if play with it). The room as well are to small for a family room with the price are more than RM150.

A nice place to stay for work

A nice room, its ok if want to stay for a night but not for a long time. The downside is the parking.. there's no free parking..

Seriously it's very good. Comfortable. Easy parking. To those who love to shopping in Shah Alam area, this hotel is the best for you to stay. Only if you upgraded the solat in the room. The space is too small. Overall okay

Room 206. in 17 out 18 Oct. Room seemed to have been refurbished as well as the bathroom which is nicer. I was impressed initially as I've stayed here many times. This time, both bath towels were badly stained, even one of my pillow cases has a small stain whereas the second pillow has small holes. Not sure I would come back to this hotel if cleanliness of bedding and towels are not maintained.

Need improvement

They say i haven't paid it yet. I have to show the proof from hotel.com to verify my statement. Then they ask to pay for the deposit. Takes too long to check in. Then they said their system is down. They gave the wrong TV's remote. The tv doesn't work.

Nice hotel, very comfortable, near shoppinboutique

Very awesome, near to I City, happy shopping, easy to get food, family room clean and nice view. Will back soon, hopefully. Tree Boutique Hotel very recommended.
