Room is not cooling at all. Really not comfortable at all. Seriously need to improve on the room facilities. But really appreciate the staff. The receptionist is very good and understanding.

I travel quite frequent either for my business trip or for leisure, this is the worst experience that I had. I am not only black listed this hotel but also will tell anyone that I know for not staying in this hotel. I stayed from 5/May 2019 till 8/May 2019. First thing first, I booked thru Expedia on 29/Apr 2019 and my check-in date is 5/May 2019. However, they mentioned that they didn't receive any reservation from Expedia. Second, the room has a kind of smell once I entered. Third, the power supply is not stable and it tripped a few times in a night. Fourth, it was so noisy early in the morning at 6am by playing Indian song very loudly. Fifth, on the second day, the light bulb in the toilet was not in good condition, it was not stop blinking. I informed the reception to change it when I went out at 8.30am. But I found that it was not changed when I came back at 6pm. Lastly, I booked my stay for four night, they didn't have the courtesy to offer my the mineral water.

A short stay or quick over night is fine
Supposed to have a room with windows during booking and somehow not available anymore during the stay but it's ok for a quick stay. The room was not providing any tissue not even a box or toilet roll in the bathroom. Stagnant water always appeared on the bathroom floor. Location wise is good that has various eatery outlet to choose from Asian to Western food.

OK for sleep. Not comfortable
First Time experience was good. I was sososososo disappointed with second time visit to your property. The toilet floor and wall is yellowish and there is water on the toilet floor, seems like somebody just use that toilet, and i am just wondering about the yellowish. Fine, next one, The blanket is dirty too. And, 8am ur staff talking and shouting at the corridor, I can't even had enough sleep because I arrived at your place at 3am and your staff woke me up at 8am...Speechless.... And when I arrive at your hotel for check in at 3am, seems like your worker did not know about my booking, she just answered me 'har, check in?' . Thats all. And I pass her my identity card. During the process of check in , believe me there is no communication at all, she just say 'deposit RM100'. Not even had thank you. But, luckily the morning shift Indian girl is much more polite and assist me on finding my left over necklace. I hope that you can train up your night shift staff, I understand that nigH shift is torturing but there is always courtesy for hoteline even you are budget hotel. And I wish that also if you can improve on the cleanliness.

Triple Room is squeezing
Booked a triple room and no much leg space. The table that placed the cups and kettle was just side by side to the single bed. The chair has to put beside the table. The bed is ok. The placeholder in the bathroom is not really clean but the rest are considered clean. The vinicity of this hotel had many restaurants and simple shopping mall.

It's not a good stay overally but friendly staff
The only thing I think is cutting the marks majorly is that this hotel didn't indicate that some of the room is without window and they shouldn't charge it the same cost as those room with window. It's totally not worth to pay for a rate that we expecting a decent room with window but turned out no window.

ths was a business trip and the reason picked ths hotel was the location is very near to the conference that im attending. Plus, the apps presented the hotel in such a nice and clean pictures. however, it is completely opposite in reality. i was given a room that without window, and i have no idea about it cz there's no indication abt that when i flip thru the hotel. and i was told by the hotel staff that all room rate for the double room are same. regardless with o without window.

List of reasons to never stay here again: 1. Service with a smile is too hard a concept. Slow check-in procedure. If you can't find my reservation, just say so. 2. Room deposit of RM 50 per electronic key, and only one keycard can be issued per room. What's three adults supposed to do? Without a keycard you can't even operate the elevator. 3. Parking: there is a designated area for a 15-min wait but it is one lane only. In effect, your car can't be waiting there for you to complete the check-in because you will block traffic. You have to park in the underground garage and there's no guarantee of spaces available or designated for hotel guests. 4. Noisy noisy noisy. Yep, that's what you get when the hotel is next to the city's busiest streets. 5. No refrigerator in room. Not as advertised. Made it difficult as we had baby food which needed it. Oh well, a bag of ice can do, right? 6. Bare, basic room. Sheets were ok clean. Good points: 1. Near a mall and restaurants, a few bars 2. Good to spend the night here if one drank too much and shouldn't drive home. Zero stars if I could.

Clean budget hotel
Hotel was clean and security was good. Check in time was a bit delayed probably due to our last minute booking. Booked 8pm checked in 1am. Hotel did not received our order. Only complaint we have is we booked 2 double rooms but was all full. Wad given twin rooms instead.

Good boutique hotel with many foods available
Convenient for those traveller without transport but like to chill at restaurant, pubs and cafe.

cost effective hotel......
식당가, 아파트(현지에서는 콘도라 함), 대규모 수퍼마켓, 영화관 등 이 밀집된 복합단지내 소재하므로 식사, 여흥, 간단한 쇼핑 (소주 백세주도 판매함)등 편리 단, 도로변 방을 배정받을 경우 소음 (최고 75데시벨) 각오해야 함. 체크인시 보증금으로 50링깃 현금 요구(신용카드 불가)하므로 깜빡하면 체크아웃때 잊고나옴 - 본인 경험 지역적으로 변두리이므로, 공항, KL 시내 이동시는 택시 이외 대중교통 이용불가하다고 보면 됨.

Choose your room wisely
You must choose your room wisely. Don't ever stay in the front row where is facing a 12 lanes highway. Else you won't get a chances to sleep.I was staying in room 412. According to the staff only room in the middle are quit. If you stay in last row then you will get the noise from the live band until midnight. But there is no window inside the room if you staying in the middle row. If you are light sleeper, good luck in staying here. But the good plus about this place is parking, foods and entertainment.
