Worst experience was when water supply was stopped while husband was having a shower.
When supply resumed we had thick rusty chocolate water coming in and it stained sink and toilet!!!

Booked this place for one night because of proximity to Pantai Hospital. Very disappointing. TV service was not working and hotel staff was unconcerned when advised. Generally, staff was not friendly and welcoming and seemed to have no idea of what customer service is about. Room itself was sparsely furnished, providing only the most bare essentials. Check-in took a very long time to process and staff appeared unsure of what they were doing. Will never make the mistake of staying there again.

Need improvement on room housekeeping bcoz on my experience stay here 4d3n not quite proper housekeeping. Anyway Nice and worth it to stay here.

I could not access to my room as the card was unable to open the door. The receptionist Ms. Atikah was very helpful inspite attending the receptionist task all alone. After 40 minutes we had resolved the matter and we were given a better room. However the cleaniness of the pillow cases and toilets need to be taken cleaned. Room services were required for few times and upon constant request only the rooms are cleaned. I think the service and cleaniness of the rooms need to be emhanced.
