This is my go to hotel in KL. location is perfect, hotel is spotless and staff are amazing. I joked about how small the coffee cups were at breakfast and they went out and found me a mug. If you can stretch to a Club room it’s worth every penny as the Club Lounge for breakfast and evening cocktails is amazing.

Everything was great the room was clean the staff were awesome. I used grab for my ride which was very convenient I don’t think they had an airport shuttle. My only issue is the tv did not have really good channels compared to the other hotels I stayed at and I had a hard time adjusting the a/c temperature

Great breaky choices and it was lovely to relax in and around the pool after going out nearby. I do think the pool area needs more umbrellas for shade options. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, friendly and thought of everything we needed before we even asked. Kader in particular stood out for his professional demeanour, helpfulness and friendliness. We will be back again and recommending to friends.

I had a room with an amazing view overlooking the pool. Double glazing meant there was no noise from outside (but guests above me were a bit noisy!) Breakfast was incredible - so many choices. Staff were so friendly, professional and polite. Location great - a very short walk to the monorail.
