エントランス正面が改装中(2019/01/11地点)で入口がどこか分からず手間取りました。価格同等の設備なので仕方ないのですが、窓無しの部屋で照明が壊れていたので、常に暗いままでした。

Parking issue
Room is good but very hard to find parking and car got damaged by the narrow path in this area... not recommended if you looking for good parking

Not clean. Internet access limited to lobby area. Confusing entrance door. But the staff is accomodating.

No mirror in the room at all, TV not functioning, AC not adjustable, room widow can’t be closed tight and handle is missing. So don’t be fooled by the big discount, bed n pillow not clean and can see dirty marks on it. Budget hotel shouldn’t equal to dirty room. Really disappointed

Hi all, PLEASE read this if you’re planning to stay here: Except for the price is cheap, others will be totally wordt for my trip. Horrible staff service which couldn’t communicate either in Malay or English. Don’t have any simple amenities like hair dryer and etc. Bathroom is dirty and bedroom having dust everywhere. Super noisy during the night time since 9pm onwards, upstairs having bar and disco which annoyed traveller to sleep. Noisy from corridor as well. Spoke the problems to recepton staff, but there were no action taken as the staff only understand their own language. Dangerous during night time due to main entrance was having renovation and confusion of main door. Room were given the second floor and the last room which really not comfort in the beginning and they able to change a nearer room at the same floor. There were plenty rooms but the staff was not helpful. They just simply pick a empty room and didn’t listen to our requirement. Me and my partner could not stand for it. We only stay for a night which was a sleepless night, and we checked out on the next day, and change to other hotel. Think twice before you book for this hotel.

Parking is not free.
The location is good, but was misled by the parking facility. the parking lots do not actually belong to the hotel, means guests need to pay for it, and the maximum parking time is 2 hours. Lucky for me, i reached on Sat afternoon, parking is free after 6pm n on Sunday. The matress is comfortable but the pillows are smelly. Cleanliness can be improved further.

this properties is really good. 5mins walk to Imbi MRT. less than 10mis walk to Berjaya time square. Nerby shopping complexes...Lot10, sungei wang etc..very good location

A very basic budget hotel, but for the price and location I don't have many complaints. Bed was comfortable. Only thing to note, if the front of the hotel is locked, there's a second (actually main) entrance in the back with the lobby.

Do not book!
I only booked this hotel so I can nap and shower before my flight. Worst decision, I check in only to find out that I have to wait over an hour, next I try to shower and also find out there is no water. Front desk a sure me that water will come back in 30min after many many times of asking it was the repeated answer give it another 15mins that's when I asked for my money back front desk said to bad, but we can move you to another room so they did. And I just switched be to a use room, sheets were very dirty towels on the floor and toilet still had crap 😡. Wishing now that I should of gone straight to the airport and wait the 8hrs there then to waste my time and energy with this place.

Rather horrible stay experience.
Confusing entrance door, main entrance situated in back alley which can be dangerous at night. Also the hotel suffers serious water pump malfunction which causes entire hotel without water supply, and the hotel staff took almost whole day to rectify the problem by night. The room booked is OK except for shower head and water heater malfunctioned.
