ホテルも常にきれいで、食事もおいしく、プールにジャグジーもあり大変満足です。 周りに何もなく、KL市内まで少し遠いのですが、許容範囲内です。 スタッフはみなさん親切で、子供たちも喜んでいました。ありがとうございました。

ヒルトン系列で安定の快適さですが…
ヒルトン系列なので部屋やサービス全般は安定の快適さでコスパも良い。 ただし、階下のショッピングモールが完全に閉店しているため、車がないと何もできないです。 毎日シャンプーなどのアメニティが補充がされ、いらなかったので並べてそのまま置いておきましたが、それでも補充され続けました。 そのあとどうなったんだろう…と気になっています。

セキュリティー、室内、眺望、トイレ・風呂・タオル・エアコン・ベッド・朝食は、コストパフォーマンスからいって最高に気にいりました! ただ、夕食などのレストランが無い事と、Barも無し、周りの食事も まともなのが何も無いので、レンタカーかタクシー移動がMUSTです。

格安料金での宿泊でしたが、十分すぎる設備とサービスでした。特に朝食は豪華で堪能しました。夏のフルーツの多い時などにも訪れたいです。唯一残念なのは、クアラルンプール国際空港からの(電車やバス)アクセスの悪さです。タクシーで100RM前後かかるため、グラブがおすすめです。

スタッフがいつも笑顔で対応してくださり良かったです。日本と違い向こうから挨拶してくれないのは残念です。 ホテル内は清潔で静か、過ごしやすかった。駅からも近いが立地が残念。初めは昼間で数人でも歩くのは怖かった。 歩行者はホテルの入り口が分かりにくいかも。

部屋は清潔にされていました。アメニティとして歯ブラシ、カミソリがあれば嬉しいですね。駅から歩いて10分ぐらいですが、道が悪くてスーツケースの移動が大変で、人通りが少ないので夜は歩くのはやめたほうがいいです。観光する場所から離れているため移動はタクシーを使うことが多い。ホテルの周りは買い物する場所がない。地図ではショッピングモールがあったが工事中だった。ホテルは場所以外は価格、サービス、設備、朝食が良かった。スタッフは気軽に予定の相談ができて、グラビで車を手配してくれた。チェックイン時間前だったが部屋に入れてくれたのでゆっくりできた(^。^)

KLCCなどの中心部へは遠いので何回かKLへ行かれた方がおすすめです。空港から渋滞なくアクセス出来るので、KL+他の国などの旅行をする方なども良いかもしれません。1Fにスーパーがあり、買い物は便利です。6Fにはフィットネスルームやプール、レストランがあります。自分は使いませんでしたが、確認したところとても綺麗でした。

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Asians and Western. Staffs are friendly and helpful!! Hotel lobby and room are cleaned. I enjoyed the free H2O bottles. Front desk staffs are warm and welcoming. Dining staffs and housekeeper are also nice and friendly. I will return if I will be in town in future.

Everything was as expected and great in terms of the room and breakfast. In particular, loved the bathroom layout. Given that I booked a slightly bigger room, I wished there was a couch where my family and me can lounge and relax, rather than just being confined to the bed.
